The company atmosphere is harmonious, and both the boss and colleagues are quite young. Everyone is easy to get along with, and the boss is very willing to communicate and interact with employees, so you never feel overly formal or restrained at the company.
Overall, you can feel that the boss has great ideals and goals. At the same time, the company places a strong emphasis on efficiency and progress updates for each assigned task.
If you want to pursue further training related to your professional development, you can apply to the company for funding to enroll in relevant courses. The boss is very generous and also encourages everyone to continue learning and grow together with the company. (The boss also often treats everyone to pizza, haha.)
This isn't a company where you can coast until retirement, so people with a relatively passive attitude toward work may not be a good fit~
