I’m a current employee~

I’ve been with the company for over a year.

I’d like to share my thoughts on the company and my work.

Pros:

1. The boss is a young entrepreneur who is professional and highly driven. Working with the boss really gives me a strong sense of motivation every day.

2. The company places great importance on every colleague, and everyone’s opinions and suggestions are listened to carefully and taken into consideration.

3. The boss treats everyone to afternoon tea, adding little moments of happiness to the workday.

4. The relationships among colleagues are very harmonious, and communication between supervisors and subordinates is also very smooth.

5. I think the communication channels are very open. Any thoughts or ideas can be brought to supervisors and the boss—there’s unlimited room for creativity.

6. The work environment is stylish and trendy. I can come to work in a pleasant mood every day.

7. I also believe that each colleague has professional expertise in their own field, and we can inspire and motivate one another on any project.

8. The company places great emphasis on the future development of technology and e-commerce, and I personally have even greater expectations for the company’s future.

Does this count as a drawback? )

The company moves at a very fast pace.
