Pros
They poured me water.
Cons
The interview was conducted directly in the office outside, and the salary discussion also took place outside. It felt somewhat perfunctory. The entire discussion lasted less than 10 minutes, and it felt like they had already decided on a candidate. So why invite me to an interview? There are many comments on 104 and here saying that employees are asked to boost the company’s ratings. Are they that afraid of not finding people?
