The new Nanjing office is bright
1. A company with very little structure. It felt like there was no HR department. I had already completed a test and filled in my personal information in advance, but when I arrived, they still asked me to complete a two-sided short-answer questionnaire, which included a self-introduction. I was stunned when I saw the questions, but forced myself to finish it.
2. At the start of the interview, they asked me to give another brief verbal self-introduction. I was exasperated and asked whether the whole company always did this kind of redundant work. The answer I was given later was that it was required by HR, not their department. Throughout the process, it felt as though the manager had encountered a problem and was trying to find the answer through job applicants. They even asked which factory my current company uses. I wondered whether I should have charged them tuition.
3. After asking all their questions and learning everything they wanted, they gave me a silent rejection. Although I did not want the job either, I was still annoyed. They treated job applicants like monkeys to toy with and used them for free.

A small number of lower- and mid-level managers are willing to solve problems and treat people kindly.
Low salary. Vacant positions left by employees who resign remain unfilled for a long time, resulting in one person having to handle multiple jobs.
Products or parts are often out of stock, making it impossible to ship smoothly to customers.
The company favors the south over the north. The northern branch does not receive many good resources and has to pick up items that have been used or left over by the southern branches.
The company’s senior management factions scheme and fight among themselves.
Employees are often required to travel a long way to support the remote headquarters in Sanzhi. The journey is far, and Tamsui is often congested, resulting in a significant waste of time.

The interviewer had a good attitude and will take you around the site for a walkthrough at the end. I heard they will expand the plant in the future. Two days off per week; overtime may be required on weekdays.
