In accordance with the Labor Standards Act
Cons
The company is severely understaffed.
One person does several different jobs,
but no matter how much you do, your supervisor doesn’t appreciate it!
They take it for granted.
Not to mention performance reviews—they’re terrible!
Sometimes you need to travel between two locations, but there is absolutely no allowance!
