It is called an advertising company, but the proposals are actually quite ridiculous. Newcomers cannot learn anything or make any progress here. No matter what kind of campaign you come up with, the boss will revise it beyond recognition.
Most clients are long-term clients because the company rarely wins pitches. Even when it occasionally lands a good new client, it gets the contract terminated after angering the client by doing a terrible job. The other regular clients are of poor quality. They know nothing about advertising or marketing but love pretending they do, and are typical habitual clients.
