The only advantage is that the company environment is very comfortable.

1. The boss is particularly biased toward certain employees, and some managers do whatever they want and bully employees, requiring new hires to do work that is part of their supervisors’ responsibilities.

2. Upper management has absolutely no idea what is going on. They claim to be in the advertising business, but actually do not understand the entire workflow and procedures at all. They do not understand things themselves, yet expect employees to brainstorm together to solve problems.

3. There is no concept of teamwork. Team members are usually recent university graduates, and many have no experience.
