Pros

Good and safe working environment

Cons

Long working hours and frequent overtime. There are many rush orders, and during peak seasons, working overtime until 10 p.m. continuously is the norm. High turnover rate; it takes one year before you can become a regular employee.

Harmonious employees who help one another.

The work is easy.

Cons

When there are many orders, employees are forced to work overtime.

The pay is low, the same as a part-time worker’s pay.

Pros

I deeply felt how wonderful the outside world was when I left the company.

Cons

Ruifang Logistics Republic has no air conditioning; the working environment is very poor and hot.

There are many rules and very little freedom at work. Only certain people are allowed to carry their phones with them, and employees are often forced to do meaningless work.

There is favoritism and partiality toward certain employees, even tolerating incompetent colleagues when they cause trouble.

They think they take good care of employees, but they tolerate all kinds of infighting and rumor-spreading among people with authority.

Supervisors are emotional and openly berate people in public, regardless of the occasion.

When it comes to anything involving money, you have to ask proactively.

If you don't believe it, feel free to submit your résumé and verify it for yourself.

May everyone who escapes shine brightly, stay healthy, and have all their wishes come true.

Pros

A certain site in Linkou is an easy place to coast. Even the poor performers do very little, and still receive their KPI bonuses.

Cons

A certain site in Linkou is a real mess and has received very poor customer reviews. The supervisors also do nothing.

If you want to coast through your days and are not short of money, you can come here. The overall quality of the staff is poor: those who can work themselves to death, while those who are terrible still enjoy life here and do not have to do much. You cannot talk back to the supervisor; whatever the supervisor says is considered right. Good performers and poor performers receive the same amount. After more than ten years, entry-level employees only get an additional 0.5 month of year-end bonus, for a total of just 1.5 months. This is a very stingy company. Promotion for frontline employees is based on seniority rather than ability, so if you want a promotion, be prepared to wait. Many colleagues are overly calculating and passive.

As long as you have connections, nothing is a problem. Reporting issues is useless; only after something goes wrong do they say that problems can be reported.

Pros

Fake foreign company~ A company using Deutsche Post DHL’s name...!!!

Cons

The Google reviews say it all~! A fake foreign company that is really a staffing agency~ Even the uniforms are second- or third-hand. Being assigned to a station means you’re effectively working for an outsourced contractor, and even the computer systems belong to the vendors, let alone the tools. The supervisors are all terrible~ because they keep changing~ They have little ability and can’t manage anyone.

Pros

1. Most supervisors and colleagues are fairly easy to get along with. Supervisors are very concerned about people leaving, so they will try to solve your problems, but whether they can actually solve them is another matter.

2. Although the base salary is not high, at least overtime can still be claimed.

3. The company really likes making DHL merchandise, such as bags, water bottles, mugs, lunch boxes, truck toys, and so on. Some of it looks quite nice, but it is not particularly useful.

4. The work is relatively simple and not very stressful. If you are not short of money, you can come here to take it easy until retirement.

Cons

1. The salaries for entry-level employees are not high. The year-end bonus is fixed at one month’s salary, and the average monthly KPI bonus is 1,500. Although salaries are adjusted every year, the increases are small. The salary a new hire receives may be about the same as yours after your adjustment.

2. The environment is poor. Don’t assume that working for a foreign company means the work environment will be high-end— it isn’t! Also, the office and the operational area are connected, so this is unsuitable for people who need a quiet environment.

3. The turnover rate is really high. Capable people cannot tolerate this salary and leave after staying for a while. Those who remain are either here to coast until retirement or are not particularly capable. Some colleagues are a real drag, making collaboration very painful.

Pros

The HQ headquarters offers salaries higher than the Taiwanese market, and there are many opportunities to be headhunted.

Cons

1. Every September, a large number of people at HQ are pressured into working at the Ruifang Logistics Republic as laborers starting at 05:00. There is no air conditioning or suitable space for breaks, and mobile phones are not allowed. The environment is even worse than a construction site. Regardless of your position, you may be pressured to go in the early morning or in the middle of the night to help fold cardboard boxes.

2. It is a multinational corporation, and every task is tightly bound by SOPs. Apart from the high salary, it is difficult for one person to achieve results. Most of the work involves compliance with institutional requirements, permissions, internal processes, and so on—engaging in evidence-based battles by email.

Pros

The "internal" environment is fairly clean

Cons

Interviewed for an airport position

Managing operations for the major company ASML

But they have a lot of requirements and don't provide any learning support

The salary is extremely low, around 30K–32K

Everyone working there seems to be young people burning themselves out; most are probably just there to pad their resumes

Pros

Haven’t thought of any yet

Cons

1. The company is held hostage by HR. HR can make many decisions behind the scenes, and benefits are also decided by HR with a single word.

2. Applying for parental leave 30 days in advance violates the Labor Standards Act.

3. The company maliciously laid off an employee and even lost the lawsuit.

4. This is the first time I’ve seen a company appoint a frontline operator as the chairperson of the employee welfare committee.

5. Salaries may be omitted from payroll, and you may even be mocked when you raise it with HR.

6. The turnover rate is astounding. Think twice before joining.

7. Office politics are severe.

Pros

n/a

Cons

1. They achieved an all-time high in 2021, but apparently only had 1.5 months in April 2022, so what was the point of working themselves to the bone in 2021?

2. Someone in HR in 2021—not sure whether they really had a background in HR before. The entire conversation and professionalism were truly from a parallel universe.

3. All the blame for every project is pushed onto people who have left, so if you're planning to resign, you might as well open fire first~ Because even if your previous reports were extremely detailed, if they don't read them, they simply don't read them.

4. Finance really is also a mystery as to where it came from, but anyway, everyone under them has also gone through a round of departures, haha.

5. The GM can only be described as quite fond of eating; their alcohol tolerance is laughable.

6. The turnover rate is really extremely high.

7. If you want to move to EXPRESS, you can come here first as a stepping stone (if you agree, click Agree).

Pros

I can't really think of any. Maybe the supervisor is a pretty nice person, and the colleagues are easy to get along with.

Cons

The turnover rate is very high, so you constantly have to train new employees, which increases the workload.

Communication is ineffective and exhausting.

The environment isn't very good; you wouldn't be able to tell it's a multinational company.

The uniforms are stuffy and unattractive, and overtime is often required.

Pros

The location is in Sanchong District; please don't confuse it with EXPRESS.

Cons

As of 2021, the HR director's main hiring criterion is apparently the ability to manage upward; as for expertise, that's secondary? (Similar to the director himself?)

Is the general manager's main job really just to collect a paycheck?

Almost all the people at the director level keep changing; even the CFO who had been there for 15 years has left.

To quote a company executive: “The stage is very large, so you should cherish it.”

Although it claims to be a 3PL, it relies on its brand image, so many foreign clients are taken in.

Overall, if you are really in a hurry to change jobs, you can come here, because this place is always short-staffed.

If you genuinely want to work, think it over first—unless you live very close by.

Then it would still be pretty good.

Pros

Very safety-conscious—no wonder it’s a logistics leader.

Cons

It feels very stingy.

The workload is large and complicated.

You need time to get familiar with everything, yet they dump a whole pile of tasks on you at once,

which leaves you unable to digest it all.

The pay is extremely low—what a joke. The break room is cramped.

The work is exhausting enough as it is, but the midday break area makes it difficult to get a proper restorative rest, resulting in tremendous work pressure.

It doesn’t feel like a foreign company.

The work is complicated, and there isn’t much freedom in how you do it.

Otherwise, it’s just an endless cycle of this.

The toilets are ridiculously bad: squat toilets, too many people, and tiny restrooms. What the hell?

The employees inside are worked to death. Whenever new people arrive, they just want to exploit them as quickly as possible.

They want to take it easy themselves, but ultimately they can’t retain anyone.

You’re DHL, for crying out loud—what a joke.
