1. Most supervisors and colleagues are fairly easy to get along with. Supervisors are very concerned about people leaving, so they will try to solve your problems, but whether they can actually solve them is another matter.
2. Although the base salary is not high, at least overtime can still be claimed.
3. The company really likes making DHL merchandise, such as bags, water bottles, mugs, lunch boxes, truck toys, and so on. Some of it looks quite nice, but it is not particularly useful.
4. The work is relatively simple and not very stressful. If you are not short of money, you can come here to take it easy until retirement.
1. The salaries for entry-level employees are not high. The year-end bonus is fixed at one month’s salary, and the average monthly KPI bonus is 1,500. Although salaries are adjusted every year, the increases are small. The salary a new hire receives may be about the same as yours after your adjustment.
2. The environment is poor. Don’t assume that working for a foreign company means the work environment will be high-end— it isn’t! Also, the office and the operational area are connected, so this is unsuitable for people who need a quiet environment.
3. The turnover rate is really high. Capable people cannot tolerate this salary and leave after staying for a while. Those who remain are either here to coast until retirement or are not particularly capable. Some colleagues are a real drag, making collaboration very painful.
