Pros

A big pie—the company paints a very big, very tempting picture. It sounds wonderful.

Cons

Half-assed. It’s simply half-assed. They toss you a ball.

Whether you catch it is one thing; not catching it is another.

But once you catch this ball, you have to turn it into the Earth.

It’s that simple. If you can’t, just wait to be laid off.

You have to watch your manager’s expression and your colleagues’ expressions.

Let them take the 90% of the work you completed

and make it 100%. This company is truly “great.”

There are also some employees who seem to have no idea what they’re doing

and live happily every day.

Those in the left section leave work early every day and live in the moment,

while those on the right work themselves to death.

Some even smoke in the back and take it easy,

while others play video games in the small room.

If I had another chance, I absolutely wouldn’t submit my résumé to the wrong place again.

To those who read this article, thank you—and please, please be very careful.

A mountain need not be high; if it has an immortal, it becomes famous. Water need not be deep; if it has a dragon, it becomes magical.

Cons

Actually, I hadn't planned to write this article at first. After much consideration, I decided to honestly tell everyone what my friend, the strong one, said.

This is the aftermath of the nightmare. The content may be extremely disturbing upon closer reflection, so please proceed with caution!!!

The following is the dream.

My friend originally worked at this company, but recently the company ran into some operational difficulties.

I heard that layoffs happened because these people had low output and their results were not significant.

Actually, no one wants such a thing to happen. Some people were relieved, while others were sad.

The saddest story of all was that colleagues who had genuinely worked hard and diligently to fight for this company were laid off as well.

Everyone in the dream was working seriously, but was that really the case?

Do you really think employees who work hard and strive to improve will not be laid off?

How much output did he bring to the company?

Perhaps you don't know that [output is not equal].

Although the [laid-off employee] worked very hard, put in long hours, and made a great deal of effort,

his assigned work had low output. The [employee who was stabbed in the back] slacked off and took breaks from time to time,

but perhaps the [employee who was stabbed in the back] only needed to work seriously for five hours to complete the day's progress,

and still produced more than the [laid-off employee] did in eight hours.

Under these circumstances, the [employee who was stabbed in the back] certainly appeared to have it easy, but he really did complete his daily tasks.

Although this situation is frustrating, the [laid-off employee] could only accept it and move on. If you really dislike this kind of environment,

I suggest leaving the company. It is not worth letting other people's behavior extinguish your passion for work.

I also don't understand: if your friend was laid off because the company's operations were poor, why didn't you leave with them?

Why not consider this: if someone's abilities were truly needed by the company, why would they be laid off?

If you can't stand what those people do, that's fine! Say it! You'll feel better after getting it off your chest.

But there was no need to go to a public forum, bring your attacking remarks with you, and pin baseless accusations on my friend.

A veteran employee at the company once told me: “If you can do it, then come do it.” If you think they are all freeloaders,

slacking off and doing nothing, then please have your good friend take over their work,

instead of crying over there. Go downstairs and collect your 500, thank you. And there's no need to spread hearsay or spout random nonsense that damages the company's atmosphere.

At this company, no one is untouchable just because they have a good relationship with the boss—I repeat!!!

At this company, no one is untouchable just because they have a good relationship with the boss—I repeat!!!

At this company, no one is untouchable just because they have a good relationship with the boss—I repeat!!!

What matters is whether what you do will benefit the company in the future. What you see before you is not the truth of the situation.

You may really be angry, or you may have done it deliberately, or perhaps you are using this opportunity to make a mountain out of a molehill and spout off.

It's fine. My friend is a very kind person; he wasn't angry. He only told me,

“Don't pay attention to that stinky four-eyes, bespectacled country bumpkin, heavily made-up, affected person.”

At that point, my friend's dream was more or less over.

My friend didn't cry. Instead, he felt this was an opportunity—an opportunity to make the other person’s face ring with humiliation.

I can only say that my friend's move here was 【J6】 = 【slick as hell】.

Why add a note specifically? Nothing in particular—I just felt like adding one.

By the way, life is unfair to begin with ^_^

Pros

If you're good at flattering people, you'd be a great fit for this company 👍

Cons

There isn't a single normal person in the entire company! Working overtime until 10 or 11 p.m. means you love the company and are ambitious! If you don't work overtime, you're considered unmotivated and even have to endure cold treatment from your coworkers!

You also have to submit advance requests for overtime. Even if you haven't submitted one, you still have to work overtime without overtime pay. There's a pile of work to do, and even when it's obvious that there aren't enough people, they just assume you're not capable enough. The thing they say most often is, “Previous employees could all do it—why can't you?” Even a simple task has to be made incredibly complicated.

In this company, having connections makes you invincible. The boss will think you're amazing because your other coworkers will also say good things about you. Excellent 👍

During interviews, they will even criticize your résumé if they aren't satisfied with it to cut your salary, and then say they're willing to give you a chance!

There are tons of group chats, but hardly any of them are actually used! Messages have to be answered immediately. If you don't reply right away, they'll ask, “Are you really that busy?” They even ask about a bunch of simple questions that could be looked up in less than two minutes, choosing instead to use that time to interrogate me about whether I'm really that busy!

While waiting, I saw that there was serious workplace bullying here.

It's as if they would die if they didn't drive away people they disliked.

They also really like asking interviewees to write copy, make graphics, or edit videos, and then using the work.

Whether someone gets hired? That's your problem—who cares about you?

In three words: absolutely terrible.

After seeing that it had still never been taken down after two years, I finally realized what was going on.

During the interview, they ask you to try editing a beauty video, and then completely ignore you after you send it in.

This tactic is probably just a way to keep finding interviewees to edit videos for them for free.

No wonder they keep recruiting—taking advantage of fresh graduates.

It's fundamentally fake recruitment—they only want to advertise. They have interviewees do translations and then never follow up. Absolutely terrible!! It's been two years and they're still recruiting for the same position—what a joke.

No wonder they’re always hiring

The position has been open for so long and is still available

And it’s still labeled as urgently hiring

It’s not that they can’t find people~

It’s that even after hiring someone, they keep replacing them over and over and over and over

Are there any? I don't think so.

Cons

In one department, the supervisor thinks he is a god. Anyone he dislikes or who does not flatter him will be bullied in the workplace. He will withhold resources from you, take away your work when he sees you performing well, and give you the lousy assignments instead. He will also secretly look at employees' private social media, then get angry after reading it and take things personally, asking why they are criticizing him. The manager above him clearly knows all about it, yet tells the targeted employee, “You need to endure it and learn to adjust your mindset.” Heh.

Pros

Very good at saying pretty words, completely different from what the recruitment page says

1. Bonuses: year-end bonus, performance bonus → the year-end bonus is extremely small, and there is no performance bonus

2. Benefits: gifts for the three major holidays, birthday gift → no three-holiday gifts; a birthday gift supposedly exists?

3. Development: professional competency development, capability development → what a joke. If you want to hire immediately productive employees at the minimum wage, just say so

Cons

1. A company that proves it does not respect job seekers from the interview stage; in practice, it is just as disrespectful toward people inside the company

2. What can you expect from a company that can say something like “lure people into interviews first, then figure it out”?

3. Malicious layoffs; they will pressure employees to sign resignation forms, and there are quite a few labor disputes

4. Reports high salaries as low salaries, and does not report labor and health insurance on time

5. An ultra-nepotistic family business + a bratty company—connections are everything

6. The LINE work groups can even number more than 20, with absolutely no management mechanism

7. The company is seriously lacking in systems; in any case, personal connections are all-powerful

Pros

This company was previously called Tongyi International Strategy, working in printing and traffic generation. It later changed its name to Ailuo Creative Media. In addition to traffic generation and printing, it added beauty e-commerce, influencers, advertising and marketing, and similar services.

1. It is a family business, so don’t expect promotions, and don’t offend anyone connected to them; otherwise, they will do everything they can to lay you off. The important positions are occupied by their relatives.

2. The boss only wants to expand to more locations. The funds have probably all gone into expansion, and then they claim to be losing money and lay off employees. Great, right?

3. There are no bonuses for the three major holidays, and the year-end bonus is very small.

4. For the employee trip, they rented out an entire homestay somewhere in Yilan for a two-day, one-night barbecue trip. Isn’t that great? They saved quite a bit of money, right?

5. They like hiring recent graduates because they are cheap and easy to use. Since the boss applies to the government for startup funds, they are constantly writing proposals and applying for subsidies. They also apply for interns because they are cheap and easy to use. Then they drive some full-time employees away. Isn’t that wonderful?

6. The employees are all very young, so there are especially many immature kids. Older people should take note if they want to apply to this company.

7. Labor and health insurance may not be arranged for you on time, especially for part-time workers.

8. There is a woman in the company’s administration department who is also one of their people. When you report for work, she will ask you to join the company’s chat groups. There are separate groups for each department, and you may be added to several at once. Sometimes they keep messaging you about work.

9. Not everyone in the company has a phone, and there are no dedicated email addresses. Great, right? They saved quite a bit of money.

10. You also have to clean up before leaving work every Friday. Great, right? They saved quite a bit of money.

Cons

No cons—this is a company with no shortcomings.

5. A company run by immature brats.
