A mountain need not be high; if it has an immortal, it becomes famous. Water need not be deep; if it has a dragon, it becomes magical.
Actually, I hadn't planned to write this article at first. After much consideration, I decided to honestly tell everyone what my friend, the strong one, said.
This is the aftermath of the nightmare. The content may be extremely disturbing upon closer reflection, so please proceed with caution!!!
The following is the dream.
My friend originally worked at this company, but recently the company ran into some operational difficulties.
I heard that layoffs happened because these people had low output and their results were not significant.
Actually, no one wants such a thing to happen. Some people were relieved, while others were sad.
The saddest story of all was that colleagues who had genuinely worked hard and diligently to fight for this company were laid off as well.
Everyone in the dream was working seriously, but was that really the case?
Do you really think employees who work hard and strive to improve will not be laid off?
How much output did he bring to the company?
Perhaps you don't know that [output is not equal].
Although the [laid-off employee] worked very hard, put in long hours, and made a great deal of effort,
his assigned work had low output. The [employee who was stabbed in the back] slacked off and took breaks from time to time,
but perhaps the [employee who was stabbed in the back] only needed to work seriously for five hours to complete the day's progress,
and still produced more than the [laid-off employee] did in eight hours.
Under these circumstances, the [employee who was stabbed in the back] certainly appeared to have it easy, but he really did complete his daily tasks.
Although this situation is frustrating, the [laid-off employee] could only accept it and move on. If you really dislike this kind of environment,
I suggest leaving the company. It is not worth letting other people's behavior extinguish your passion for work.
I also don't understand: if your friend was laid off because the company's operations were poor, why didn't you leave with them?
Why not consider this: if someone's abilities were truly needed by the company, why would they be laid off?
If you can't stand what those people do, that's fine! Say it! You'll feel better after getting it off your chest.
But there was no need to go to a public forum, bring your attacking remarks with you, and pin baseless accusations on my friend.
A veteran employee at the company once told me: “If you can do it, then come do it.” If you think they are all freeloaders,
slacking off and doing nothing, then please have your good friend take over their work,
instead of crying over there. Go downstairs and collect your 500, thank you. And there's no need to spread hearsay or spout random nonsense that damages the company's atmosphere.
At this company, no one is untouchable just because they have a good relationship with the boss—I repeat!!!

What matters is whether what you do will benefit the company in the future. What you see before you is not the truth of the situation.
You may really be angry, or you may have done it deliberately, or perhaps you are using this opportunity to make a mountain out of a molehill and spout off.
It's fine. My friend is a very kind person; he wasn't angry. He only told me,
“Don't pay attention to that stinky four-eyes, bespectacled country bumpkin, heavily made-up, affected person.”
At that point, my friend's dream was more or less over.
My friend didn't cry. Instead, he felt this was an opportunity—an opportunity to make the other person’s face ring with humiliation.
I can only say that my friend's move here was 【J6】 = 【slick as hell】.
Why add a note specifically? Nothing in particular—I just felt like adding one.
By the way, life is unfair to begin with ^_^
