Very good at saying pretty words, completely different from what the recruitment page says
1. Bonuses: year-end bonus, performance bonus → the year-end bonus is extremely small, and there is no performance bonus
2. Benefits: gifts for the three major holidays, birthday gift → no three-holiday gifts; a birthday gift supposedly exists?
3. Development: professional competency development, capability development → what a joke. If you want to hire immediately productive employees at the minimum wage, just say so
1. A company that proves it does not respect job seekers from the interview stage; in practice, it is just as disrespectful toward people inside the company
2. What can you expect from a company that can say something like “lure people into interviews first, then figure it out”?
3. Malicious layoffs; they will pressure employees to sign resignation forms, and there are quite a few labor disputes
4. Reports high salaries as low salaries, and does not report labor and health insurance on time
5. An ultra-nepotistic family business + a bratty company—connections are everything
6. The LINE work groups can even number more than 20, with absolutely no management mechanism
7. The company is seriously lacking in systems; in any case, personal connections are all-powerful
