A big pie—the company paints a very big, very tempting picture. It sounds wonderful.
Half-assed. It’s simply half-assed. They toss you a ball.
Whether you catch it is one thing; not catching it is another.
But once you catch this ball, you have to turn it into the Earth.
It’s that simple. If you can’t, just wait to be laid off.
You have to watch your manager’s expression and your colleagues’ expressions.
Let them take the 90% of the work you completed
and make it 100%. This company is truly “great.”
There are also some employees who seem to have no idea what they’re doing
and live happily every day.
Those in the left section leave work early every day and live in the moment,
while those on the right work themselves to death.
Some even smoke in the back and take it easy,
while others play video games in the small room.
If I had another chance, I absolutely wouldn’t submit my résumé to the wrong place again.
