If you're good at flattering people, you'd be a great fit for this company 👍
There isn't a single normal person in the entire company! Working overtime until 10 or 11 p.m. means you love the company and are ambitious! If you don't work overtime, you're considered unmotivated and even have to endure cold treatment from your coworkers!
You also have to submit advance requests for overtime. Even if you haven't submitted one, you still have to work overtime without overtime pay. There's a pile of work to do, and even when it's obvious that there aren't enough people, they just assume you're not capable enough. The thing they say most often is, “Previous employees could all do it—why can't you?” Even a simple task has to be made incredibly complicated.
In this company, having connections makes you invincible. The boss will think you're amazing because your other coworkers will also say good things about you. Excellent 👍
During interviews, they will even criticize your résumé if they aren't satisfied with it to cut your salary, and then say they're willing to give you a chance!
There are tons of group chats, but hardly any of them are actually used! Messages have to be answered immediately. If you don't reply right away, they'll ask, “Are you really that busy?” They even ask about a bunch of simple questions that could be looked up in less than two minutes, choosing instead to use that time to interrogate me about whether I'm really that busy!
