Pros

The office building lobby is impressive.

Cons

Overall, it is a very traditional and standardized interview process, and my personal experience was not good.

As soon as you arrive, you are required to handwrite your résumé again. Even if you already have complete information on 104, you still have to fill it out once more, including details such as your height, weight, and your parents’ occupations.

There are also about 11 written questions that require handwritten answers, such as: “Why do you want to get this job?”, “What do you want to gain from the new position?”, “What contributions can you make to the company?”, “How do you recover your energy when you are exhausted?”, and “How do you resolve conflicts in the workplace?” These are all questions that require time to think about, so I personally do not understand why they must be completed by hand on-site instead of being discussed directly during the interview. If you do not fill them out, the supervisor will ask you to leave, claiming that they suddenly have a meeting.

What I find even harder to understand is that applicants are asked to spend a great deal of time filling out these materials before the position and job responsibilities have even been introduced. Since the company was the one that proactively invited me to the interview, the entire process felt rather one-sided and did not show much respect for the applicant’s time.

I had previously seen someone share a similar interview experience, and after experiencing it myself, I can definitely understand it.

In addition, although the building looks impressive from the outside, it is actually a shared office. The environment is somewhat messy, and part of the space is also used as a storage area.

If you dislike traditional, standardized interview processes or care a lot about interview efficiency, I personally would not recommend making a special trip there.

The workload is heavy, and it is completely impossible to leave work on time. The company requires everyone to clock out on time first and then come back to work :) The average leaving time is 20:00–21:00 or even later, while the official leaving time is 18:00—clearly a violation of the Labor Standards Act.

Pros

None. Be extremely careful. If HR treats interviewees this way, it indicates that the company’s administrative systems likely have serious problems.

Cons

I received an interview invitation from this company on 104. The time, location, and contact person were all clearly stated. After receiving the invitation, I followed the instructions and clicked “Accept” in the system, and I also sent a separate message confirming that I would attend on time. If something unexpected came up, I would also notify them in advance as required.

As a result, I took the initiative to call and confirm the day before the interview. HR said they would ask a colleague and get back to me. I called again on the morning of the interview, and only then did HR tell me, “If the company hasn’t replied to your message, you don’t need to come for now.”

During this entire period, they never proactively notified me of any changes or cancellation to the interview, nor did they explain the process in advance. As a result, I reserved time for this interview and missed other interviews and arrangements. Honestly, I felt very disrespected.

I would like to use this experience to remind everyone of a few points:

Even if you follow the required procedures and confirm that you agree to the interview, the other party may still fail to proactively notify you of any changes, leaving you in a period of uncertainty while you “wait for notification.”

Even if you take the initiative to call and confirm, you may still not receive a clear answer, and ultimately have your candidacy canceled with the excuse that “the message wasn’t seen in the system.”

This kind of behavior not only wastes job seekers’ time but also affects their career plans. I recommend keeping backup options in situations like this and never placing all your hopes on a single company.

I hope this experience can remind those who are currently looking for jobs that, if a company has unclear communication procedures, cannot be reached, or shifts responsibility, you should pay attention to your own rights and interests. When you encounter unreasonable treatment, have the courage to speak up and share your experience, helping more people avoid the same pitfalls.

Pros

I scheduled an interview for 2:30 p.m. Upon arrival, I was first asked to fill out some basic information and answer a few written questions, such as: What can you bring to the company? Why do you want to join this industry? How would the people around you describe you? And so on.

I was then taken to the office of a manager whose title I didn’t know for the interview. They did not introduce themselves or provide a business card, and arrogantly began by asking about my work experience and whether I knew what the company does.

After I answered, they explained that the salary was divided into 45 levels: whichever level you were placed in determined your pay, with no additional bonuses.

They then started asking some personal questions, such as whether I planned to get married and what I had in mind for the future. These are questions interviewers should not ask candidates, which came across as unprofessional.

Finally, they continued bragging about how impressive the company was. The interview lasted about half an hour but had no clear focus.

At the end, they added that the boss would not return until August 8, so only then would it be possible to arrange a second interview.

Yet I received a rejection letter today, July 30. I don’t understand why.

Overall, the interview was a joke.

Pros

The new office building is very comfortable; indoor motorcycle parking costs 1,200 for six months.

Cons

1. In addition to knowing how to design, you also have to double as customer service. The customer service SOPs are extremely poor, so you are often berated. Because the SOPs are so bad, even some complaints that are obviously easy to handle still require waiting for the boss's instructions.

2. In addition to knowing how to design, you also have to handle customer service for the official website, the official website's SEO, and uploading products to the official website, but the salary is quite average.

3. The boss and the consultant really like sending messages after work hours.

4. The boss frequently travels to China to look for new products, and his personality is also fairly similar to that of a boss from across the strait. When arguing with him, lower your head first; otherwise, he will never grasp the main point. In any case, it's always your fault.

5. Meetings with the consultant last at least two hours, while the key points of the meeting amount to only two lines.

6. Anyone willing to challenge the limits of their physical and mental health can try joining this big family.

Pros

The office building is very new, and renting a parking space is convenient.

Cons

1. The company is internally chaotic, and employee turnover is high (no one has stayed for even half a year; when I resigned, more than half of my colleagues also wanted to leave)

2. The salary discussed during the interview was reneged on just half a month after I started working.

3. There were statements disregarding the Labor Standards Act and restricting personal freedom. Even when following the company's procedures, management still threatened to sue employees if an external partner encountered problems (with absolutely no idea under what law).

4. The boss does not acknowledge or appreciate employees' contributions.

Conclusion: It felt as if I were working in a country without the rule of law.

Pros

The boss isn’t very strict.

As long as you submit what needs to be done on time, that’s fine.

The salary and benefits are also good.

Cons

There is no good work process.

There isn’t even a basic shipping and receiving SOP.

You only ask the boss when problems arise.

It is extremely inefficient.

There is no employee training, yet employees are constantly expected to execute their work perfectly.

In summary,

this workplace is not very friendly to recent graduates.
