Workplace reviews and discussion: 傑聯貿易有限公司

The boss isn’t very strict.

As long as you submit what needs to be done on time, that’s fine.

The salary and benefits are also good.

There is no good work process.

There isn’t even a basic shipping and receiving SOP.

You only ask the boss when problems arise.

It is extremely inefficient.

There is no employee training, yet employees are constantly expected to execute their work perfectly.

In summary,

this workplace is not very friendly to recent graduates.
