Read the community guidelinesMaybe the scapegoat the supervisor found gets paid more?
I had not graduated long ago, and the salary was very high, but my colleagues were difficult to get along with. Every day, I was expected to stay and accompany the team until seven or eight in the evening without compensation.
They often used “being a team player” as an excuse to make us do all sorts of strange things. Even when communicating face-to-face, they were not very communicative—really ridiculous~
The supervisor was also very strange, often not coming to work until noon (or the afternoon),
which caused projects to be delayed or their objectives to be unclear, while there was no supervisor available to ask (the supervisor even hid from us—ridiculous~).
There must be a reason for the high salary. After all, the supervisor was incompetent; after spending the money, they had to dump the responsibility on you to shoulder it.
Actually, everyone in this restaurant team, whether supervisors or colleagues, was looking for a scapegoat or someone to take the fall. If you really want to go, I suggest you have the ability to fight back.
People with only an AI background are not suitable, especially that female secretary whose surname is [redacted]. Really, do not get too close to her—be careful not to bring trouble upon yourself.
Finally, I suggest keeping evidence of everything, big or small, to avoid being smeared (this is extremely important!!!)

Passive management style and a chaotic team culture
A manager in one of the company’s departments has poor emotional management and insufficient professional competence, and frequently lets emotions override reason. Work-related discussions are infrequent, with most communication concentrated after work or late at night, bombarding team members with messages and seriously disrupting their personal lives and rest.
The team collaboration atmosphere is poor, with members working in isolation. When disputes or problems arise, some colleagues tend to spread negative comments privately to undermine others, which does not help move projects forward.
One female colleague, meanwhile, is excessively sensitive to everyday interactions and often expresses her personal feelings of being “inappropriately watched,” further intensifying internal tensions.
When an important cross-site project was delayed, the manager’s lack of ability led to a significant decline in the team’s performance. The manager failed to make decisions or coordinate effectively, ultimately preventing the schedule from being brought under control. The already strained team subsequently broke down further, with members privately spreading negative comments about one another.
Prospective applicants are advised to assess their own adaptability to the management culture.

The battery previews turned out to be real events! How crazy do the people in Florida have to be? 😍
A day from the laptop’s release is always real, and everything afterward is rotten strawberries. That’s truly wild. This time, the setting is in these four cities in Korea and Japan. For those with choice paralysis in games, choose gifts, new clothes, and new shoes to sell in exchange for insurance.
The fictional movie corresponds to the real world—no-dick officers. What a bunch of bird people and bird nonsense. On the day of the interview, they only then said that it was not the company in question that was hiring, but a small startup (with fewer than 20 employees). It was essentially recruitment on behalf of another company, and the industry had nothing to do with games—it was related to alcoholic beverages. Yes, alcohol… It was truly a waste of the job seeker’s time.
When asked about overtime pay, the explanation was unclear… They said there was almost no overtime, so as for overtime pay? (You can imagine for yourself.)
Salary is paid on time, and the location is convenient for commuting.
The company is run for the owner’s and senior management’s affiliated businesses. Neither the boss nor the senior management knows how to make games, so they spend all day keeping busy with pointless tasks, then turn around and say the company isn’t making money. It would be strange if it did make money with the way you operate. Even though there isn’t much money, they cut costs here and there, while boasting publicly that they are very wealthy and that promotion is not a problem.
Use your working hours to teach yourself things~
1. Salaries are below the industry average, and there are almost no raises. So if you're thinking about joining, be mentally prepared: make sure you can accept going several years without a raise based on the monthly salary you negotiate. There is no fixed year-end bonus; it currently seems to be one month, while the worst I've received was half a month. There is no overtime pay, which is offset with compensatory leave, and even taking more than three days of compensatory leave can be made difficult. I've even been called back to work while on leave.
2. The atmosphere at the company is terrible. It doesn't feel like working at a game company at all—it's lifeless. Some managers in the larger teams like to form cliques and have no idea how to lead a team. They also enjoy making sarcastic remarks at each other instead of encouraging one another to improve.
3. Development costs never seem to be taken into account. Several projects were canceled after 2–3 years, after a lot of money had been spent outsourcing them. Things are handled recklessly and chaotically; it really seems like there's no genuine intention to make games.
Pros: None at all.
They wait for their affiliated companies; when company policies change, employees are sacrificed and expected to resign immediately. It is a company that shows very little respect for its employees. There is no overtime pay and no salary adjustment system. Overall, it is a poor company with a very strong bureaucratic culture.
The entire interview process was just chatting, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Pros
The interview with the supervisor was just chatting, and it was very pleasant.
Cons
1. During the interview, they directly said there would be no overtime pay, but compensatory leave would be provided.
2. After discussing and agreeing on the salary and desired start date in person, I only found out two weeks later that I had not been hired.
Lesson learned.... They were just chatting purely to get information about competitors... I was really too naive.
Stable working hours, with little need for overtime. The birthday celebration dinner is also quite enjoyable.
Extremely lifeless; it doesn't really feel like a game company. The circle involved in upper management decision-making is very small, and front-line employees have little sense of participation in R&D. There is a strong feeling of unfairness and relative deprivation.
There are almost no raises (unless you're very good at socializing :D); there are many people who have worked there for five or six years and still earn less than 40,000.
The interviewer was very kind and patient!
Some of the interview questions were pretty contrived.
In the end, I didn’t go because another company offered better terms…
> The HR representative and the manager I interviewed with were both nice
> The office environment looked good
> The job posting originally said that the position required someone proficient in English, but I was rejected in the final round for being too good at English. I hope HR and the manager can figure out what kind of person they are looking for before opening a position, okay? Otherwise, is it really that hard to come up with a better reason!
> The manager was originally a very nice person, but when we started discussing the one fixed day off and one flexible rest day policy and overtime pay, he began spouting some outrageous views. He seemed to have very conservative ideas, which significantly lowered my opinion of him
The benefits under the company system are fairly good, but there is no overtime pay.
The managers have outdated mindsets and do not know how to make use of talent; collaboration between departments is extremely poor.
There is an obvious tendency to protect their own people and suppress those who stand out.
No overtime pay
A well-established company with 20 years of history, but its thinking is also very old-fashioned. Overtime is considered obligatory, and being bullied is seen as something you deserve.
