The interview with the supervisor was just chatting, and it was very pleasant.

Cons

1. During the interview, they directly said there would be no overtime pay, but compensatory leave would be provided.

2. After discussing and agreeing on the salary and desired start date in person, I only found out two weeks later that I had not been hired.

Lesson learned.... They were just chatting purely to get information about competitors... I was really too naive.
