HR will call back very soon
There is nothing particularly outstanding about the job content. Salary payments are always made relatively late.

Dafang Yicai is absolutely terrible! There are tons of fake reviews on job websites posted by their own employees to promote them!
I was placed by Dafang Yicai as an operator at a technology factory in Hsinchu Industrial Park for three months. Every time, my salary was delayed several days before being transferred (even when there were no holidays)! I also had to send them messages myself to ask about it... They kept shirking responsibility, saying things like the accountant had forgotten, or that a transfer made on Friday afternoon would not be credited until the following Monday—just a load of bullshit! I had a perfect attendance record at the company where I worked, took overtime whenever shifts were available, and had no record of being late or leaving early. Besides the fact that my pay was more than NT$10,000 lower than that of directly employed workers (the supervisor said the agency took the difference!), it also differed from what the Dafang Yicai representative had told me by NT$3,000–4,000. Nothing was done after I reported it...
At first, I chose to receive weekly pay. Apart from being charged a handling fee every day, I was not given my full wages either. For a 12-hour night shift, I received less than NT$1,500, and with weekly payments I could only receive NT$980 upfront! This was completely different from what they had initially said! After switching to monthly payments, I discovered that other directly employed workers and employees dispatched by other agencies were paid on the first of every month (this company’s payroll closing date is the 20th), while Dafang Yicai did not pay until the 10th! (They never mentioned this during the interview.) They even delayed the transfer by several days... Absolutely awful! I just completed my resignation and came here to vent, hoping above all that everyone else will not be deceived again!
Among the many staffing agencies in Taoyuan County, this one is considered pretty good.
Because the others are even worse, and the falsification is more serious—especially at the drive-through.
I became a permanent employee less than three months after starting at the factory. It was such a short time that I became permanent before I had time to complain about anything, so I can't understand why I see so many temporary workers who love comparing, complaining, and nitpicking. Sometimes seeing it makes me sigh. No wonder they spend their whole lives as temporary workers—no one wants them.
Nowadays, seeing so many temporary workers at the factory with such a poor attitude toward work really annoys me.
As a person with a disability, I encountered rejection everywhere while looking for a job. I am grateful to a kind-hearted staff member at Dayan Arts & Colors Company who tirelessly and patiently kept recommending job opportunities to me. In the end, I successfully secured stable employment at an electronics factory in Guishan, where I have now worked for over two months. Thank you very much.

They miscalculated my wages, so I originally should have given a negative review. However, during our communication, the staff responded promptly and took the time to do so, and their attitude was gentle and courteous. When I went to collect my back pay, I also received a compensatory gift. Therefore, I changed my review to a positive one. Everyone makes mistakes, and besides, the factory’s time clock malfunction was the factory’s problem. The staffing agency still had to explain the situation and apologize on the factory’s behalf—what a difficult job.
The factory’s electronic clock-in system really shows a card-swipe failure error message every few days. They should probably suggest that the factory replace it.
I wasn’t selected for the job I applied for today, but the recruiter arranged another interview for me. The salary is higher than the one for the position I originally wanted to apply for, and it’s also closer to my home.
I don’t know yet.
The salary is higher than what other companies in the same factory offer.
The manager at the factory is really difficult to deal with="=
The company is large (I consider the size of the staffing agency’s office; the larger it is, the more financially sound it tends to be and the lower the likelihood of a disastrous shutdown).
There are currently many small staffing offices in Taoyuan. They seem to lack sufficient funding, as they cannot pay the full weekly wages and only consistently pay two or three thousand each week. At least here, I can receive next week exactly what I earn this week.
The company is too large, which may mean it has many dispatched employees. It is very difficult to get through by phone, and sometimes, when there is an issue, I have to wait an entire day before someone responds.
Currently, my fixed monthly income is over 50,000.
The job requires wearing cleanroom clothing.
An interview is arranged immediately after applying; pay is always on time.
The quality of the other temporary workers working at the same place is very poor—they’re absolute garbage. They’re already temporary workers, yet they spend all day trying to pick easy jobs. They can’t do anything, then expect to sit around and collect a high salary. They also complain about everything and are lazy. They’re temporary employees too, but they look down on this kind of temporary worker.
The company’s façade is attractive
I was assigned to Shang Deng Textile in 2013, and only then discovered that Dafang Yicai had underreported my salary. The minimum wage stipulated by the Labor Standards Act was NT$19,047, but Dafang Yicai reported only NT$11,100 for me, allowing the company to save considerably on insurance premiums.
In 2013, while working as a dispatched worker at the company, my labor insurance salary was underreported; only NT$11,100 was reported as my basic salary.
