I became a permanent employee less than three months after starting at the factory. It was such a short time that I became permanent before I had time to complain about anything, so I can't understand why I see so many temporary workers who love comparing, complaining, and nitpicking. Sometimes seeing it makes me sigh. No wonder they spend their whole lives as temporary workers—no one wants them.

Nowadays, seeing so many temporary workers at the factory with such a poor attitude toward work really annoys me.
