The company is large (I consider the size of the staffing agency’s office; the larger it is, the more financially sound it tends to be and the lower the likelihood of a disastrous shutdown).

There are currently many small staffing offices in Taoyuan. They seem to lack sufficient funding, as they cannot pay the full weekly wages and only consistently pay two or three thousand each week. At least here, I can receive next week exactly what I earn this week.

The company is too large, which may mean it has many dispatched employees. It is very difficult to get through by phone, and sometimes, when there is an issue, I have to wait an entire day before someone responds.
