Dafang Yicai is absolutely terrible! There are tons of fake reviews on job websites posted by their own employees to promote them!

I was placed by Dafang Yicai as an operator at a technology factory in Hsinchu Industrial Park for three months. Every time, my salary was delayed several days before being transferred (even when there were no holidays)! I also had to send them messages myself to ask about it... They kept shirking responsibility, saying things like the accountant had forgotten, or that a transfer made on Friday afternoon would not be credited until the following Monday—just a load of bullshit! I had a perfect attendance record at the company where I worked, took overtime whenever shifts were available, and had no record of being late or leaving early. Besides the fact that my pay was more than NT$10,000 lower than that of directly employed workers (the supervisor said the agency took the difference!), it also differed from what the Dafang Yicai representative had told me by NT$3,000–4,000. Nothing was done after I reported it...

At first, I chose to receive weekly pay. Apart from being charged a handling fee every day, I was not given my full wages either. For a 12-hour night shift, I received less than NT$1,500, and with weekly payments I could only receive NT$980 upfront! This was completely different from what they had initially said! After switching to monthly payments, I discovered that other directly employed workers and employees dispatched by other agencies were paid on the first of every month (this company’s payroll closing date is the 20th), while Dafang Yicai did not pay until the 10th! (They never mentioned this during the interview.) They even delayed the transfer by several days... Absolutely awful! I just completed my resignation and came here to vent, hoping above all that everyone else will not be deceived again!
