Pros

The Banciao Station is right next to the company.

There are inexpensive employee purchase benefits.

Public holidays are off when they fall on a red-letter day.

We almost always leave work on time.

Overtime pay can be claimed for overtime work.

Occasional company dinners are held.

A cleaning lady comes to clean the office.

Cons

The office is very noisy, with conversations and discussions mixed in with music.

There is an annoying colleague who tries to influence everyone’s opinions.

The supervisor is very strict and nitpicks.

During peak seasons, employees are sometimes required to work overtime.

Pros

If you feel that no matter how turbulent things get, it does not matter to you,

it is very suitable for retirement.

Cons

The managers of every department do not get along very well.

They act one way in front of the boss, but secretly fight among themselves.

They drag innocent little cogs into it, making the atmosphere at work very awkward.

The issue with a certain woman who holds multiple positions is also quite serious.

She loves to talk carelessly everywhere, then make a mountain out of a molehill, causing complete chaos.

There is also a male manager whose area is always left in a complete mess.

There is no saving him; to work under him, you need to be able to communicate with the dead.

The boss is a nice person, but is simply too indecisive.

Whatever suggestions you give, he merely listens and then ignores them, while always overlooking all kinds of mistakes made by his favorite employees.

In short, staying long-term is not recommended.

Run.

Escape.

Pros

Next to a metro station

Cons

A food desert… There aren't many food options nearby.

There is no parking. Rather, I should say:

You may need to arrive an hour early.

Work environment: acceptable (the warehouse has no air conditioning and is very hot)

Office: air-conditioned

Warehouse (10th floor and 2nd floor)

Thursday meetings

(Attendance is mandatory for video meetings… audio and video cannot be turned on.)

Listen to the boss explain the company's operating status.

Review the situation from last week.

The meeting lasts about 10 minutes… a meaningless meeting.

The most troublesome tasks are handled through LINE… There are about 4–5 groups:

One for the company

One for the warehouse

Two for shipping (Jichuan and Quansupei)

One for returns, I guess!?

There are two bosses (the second oldest brother is also a boss).

Anyway, here… you have no say.

A trivial little quiz (to assess your personality)

They still won't tell you the answer…

It should test how much you predict you can do.

How much you can actually do!?

The main point is that upstairs and downstairs feel like people who are unrelated to one another.

Colleagues are very indifferent…

Work atmosphere (when ordering drinks, they only order for themselves)

Anyway, they won't ask us…

There is a gift box for the Mid-Autumn Festival (not bad).

When leaving, they say: count the days.

(Read the probationary contract carefully before signing it.)

This company is neither particularly bad nor particularly good.

It does have an especially large number of rules, though.

During the pandemic, video interviews

They asked: “On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate this interview?”

I answered: “8” (because there was no parking) and directly explained the reason.

Cons

There was no parking… It was very difficult to find a spot.

Pros

1. Close to an MRT station, with convenient transportation

2. The workload is lighter during the off-season, and it does not become too heavy even during the peak season, so you can leave work on time

3. There is relatively little communication between departments, but the atmosphere among colleagues and supervisors within the same department is good

Cons

1. The salary is too low, and the position is only suitable for fresh graduates who are new to the workforce to gain experience

Pros

Employees enjoy benefits when purchasing the company's products

Leaving work on time

There is an MRT station nearby

Cons

1. Salaries are easily miscalculated. Anyone considering joining should think carefully, and the company will even ask you to pay the money back.

2. The turnover rate is high, especially in the sales department. They almost use underhanded tactics to cause sales staff to resign. If you stay in a department focused on meeting performance targets, receiving a high bonus is impossible because the company will find ways to deduct money from your salary under various pretexts.

3. The company has fewer than 30 employees, but is not very united. Departments shift responsibility to one another.

4. The boss always wants to make big money, but the employees underneath keep holding things back. They cannot manage either the work or the people, and everything is a complete mess.

5. Once you join, anything you initially find unreasonable will become “reasonable,” because they cannot solve your problems.

6. There are no bonuses for the three major holidays, only gifts.

7. The claims on 104 that there are performance bonuses, regular employee trips, and employee birthday gatherings are all false.

There is an old-timer who loves talking nonsense with others, yet does not allow colleagues to talk during break time. You can't even talk in the pantry. He is happiest when the atmosphere is bad. What creativity could a company like this possibly have?

If you like a company that feels lifeless, and often have supervisors come over to tell you not to talk, you can come for an interview.

The boss simply cannot manage him. On the one hand, he keeps that old-timer around; on the other hand, he hopes the company will have energy. Meanwhile, that old-timer completely ignores a certain supervisor who is the loudest person in the entire company—volume level 999—and only dares to bully a group of young women. In any case, they only hire relatively easy-to-bully young women, so you can already tell there is a problem. They even require us to clean only after work hours. What an impressive display of authority! This company is truly becoming more and more beyond saving, living in its own world.

Pros

1. The company is located near an MRT station, with a department store nearby, so you can go shopping after work if you have time.

2. There are considerably discounted employee prices for purchasing company products.

3. Work ends fairly punctually (though you can work overtime if you want to show the boss your dedication).

4. All employee benefits comply with the Labor Standards Act—nothing more, nothing less, just right.

5. Colleague outings are held regularly (but not a single one has ever succeeded).

6. There is a private little pantry (a cockroach’s paradise).

7. The company emphasizes teamwork, so colleagues are assigned to clean the entire office, restrooms, and pantry every day.

8. There is a fixed meeting once a week. Teamwork is emphasized, and colleagues naturally take turns writing the meeting minutes; the issues discussed are always the same old problems, bla bla bla.

9. Whenever a critical period arrives, teamwork is emphasized, and colleagues must provide cross-departmental assistance—no one is an outsider.

10. The company has its own independent warehouse. The warehouse staff have a very direct way of doing things and speaking. If you want to toughen yourself up, you’re welcome to give it a try!

11. Although the boss says they dislike cliques and everyone appears to get along harmoniously, there are many small circles among colleagues, with undercurrents surging beneath the surface.

12. If you want to gain work experience, grow rapidly on the job, experience the spirit of teamwork, and do not care about the amount of compensation, the company welcomes you.

13. If salary is your top consideration, then thanks, but no thanks—maybe another time!

Cons

After saying so much, I’ll leave the rest for everyone to discover after joining!
