Next to a metro station
A food desert… There aren't many food options nearby.
There is no parking. Rather, I should say:
You may need to arrive an hour early.
Work environment: acceptable (the warehouse has no air conditioning and is very hot)
Office: air-conditioned
Warehouse (10th floor and 2nd floor)
Thursday meetings
(Attendance is mandatory for video meetings… audio and video cannot be turned on.)
Listen to the boss explain the company's operating status.
Review the situation from last week.
The meeting lasts about 10 minutes… a meaningless meeting.
The most troublesome tasks are handled through LINE… There are about 4–5 groups:
One for the company
One for the warehouse
Two for shipping (Jichuan and Quansupei)
One for returns, I guess!?
There are two bosses (the second oldest brother is also a boss).
Anyway, here… you have no say.
A trivial little quiz (to assess your personality)
They still won't tell you the answer…
It should test how much you predict you can do.
How much you can actually do!?
The main point is that upstairs and downstairs feel like people who are unrelated to one another.
Colleagues are very indifferent…
Work atmosphere (when ordering drinks, they only order for themselves)
Anyway, they won't ask us…
There is a gift box for the Mid-Autumn Festival (not bad).
When leaving, they say: count the days.
(Read the probationary contract carefully before signing it.)
This company is neither particularly bad nor particularly good.
It does have an especially large number of rules, though.
