Pros
1. Close to an MRT station, with convenient transportation
2. The workload is lighter during the off-season, and it does not become too heavy even during the peak season, so you can leave work on time
3. There is relatively little communication between departments, but the atmosphere among colleagues and supervisors within the same department is good
Cons
1. The salary is too low, and the position is only suitable for fresh graduates who are new to the workforce to gain experience
