Please note that there is someone who likes to shake their leg for no reason.
After every discussion, they always say that they focus on breaking down basic procedures, having comprehensive content, and incorporating a bit of humanity into the arrangements, while also being able to discuss adjusting the details.
But in the end, they are emotionally unstable, their personality and ideas keep changing, and when something is needed by 15:30, they still cannot reach a conclusion at 15:00. They dump their garbage and have garbage dumped on them, often curse at and insult people around the office, and finally ask you what ideas you have and what plans you have arranged.

There will be many wonderful memories to look back on.
Give fewer tasks to those with weaker abilities, so that supervisors won’t have to clean up afterward; give more tasks to those with stronger abilities. Even after reporting problems more than 100 times, they are still not accepted, and I was still scolded to the point of questioning my life. They make it sound nice by saying they want to nurture you, but the pay is more or less the same.
Today is Father’s Day, and I’m afraid my dad will worry.
I’m also afraid of a company that is always short-staffed and keeps barely holding on, collecting backup candidates everywhere, refusing to change its system, and continually offering banana wages to hire others.
Leave as soon as possible while you have the chance.
The colleagues are nice.
Some people apparently don’t know how many beers they’ve had and lose control of their emotions, getting angry over the slightest things. The most important thing this work environment taught me is to live each moment wholeheartedly, not develop an occupational habit, and not dwell on memories. Once you leave, you should forget this place and not look back! I also hope that newcomers to the workforce won’t have to go through this.
Can make your tear ducts more developed
They ask you to keep things confidential, but senior management often blabs about confidential matters everywhere, as if they’re afraid others won’t know.
There are more people in the company who talk than people who actually do the work—a bunch of outsiders. If you’re capable of solving problems and like getting things done, don’t go there; you’ll be talked to death.
There are many places to eat nearby
The salary isn't disclosed because it's ridiculously low, and you're not allowed to let others know. It's completely not the number this job should be paying.
Some people become permanent employees after only a very short time (if I could become permanent, would I still be the interviewer? Rookie). Leave when you should; this place only deceives people.
On-site assignment
1. When asked about the job duties, they only gave some meaningless remarks and vague, conceptual descriptions. Even after listening, I still had no idea what I would actually be doing; they seemed very reluctant to explain.
2. You may end up with a low-quality supervisor who does not even know what SQL injection and indexes are.
3. The old-timers like to take sides and curry favor with people. If you do not know how to please them, they will freeze you out, while also enjoying pointing fingers behind your back.
4. They did not make much money last year, and it is still unclear whether they can even make it through this year.
5. The actual job differs from the description posted during recruitment—it is a bait-and-switch.
6. Emotional manipulation is used to achieve the goal of making employees work overtime and to implement unreasonable policies, ultimately for the purpose of squeezing and exploiting them.
7. Most of the original team members could no longer put up with it and have already left.
8. The newcomers entering now are merely fresh graduates or new hires whose benefits have been cut and who are being drained.
1. The only issue here is that employee turnover is a little high. Employees are generally treated very well, except that 90% of them are fired or forced to leave because they are disliked. Remember to study the Labor Standards Act thoroughly and have sufficient legal knowledge; otherwise, if you are frightened into signing a voluntary resignation agreement, you will not receive severance pay or a year-end bonus, and you will be responsible for the consequences.
2. You need to be capable of self-reflection. Employees are merely expendable items that the company can throw away at any time. Not completing your probation or having it extended is considered reasonable. There is no shortage of capable people here, and there are always people lining up to get in.
3. Don’t think you can take the strain. No matter how tough you are, they will work you until you can’t take it anymore. They won’t tell you anything; they will simply demand that you make changes until they are satisfied.
4. Don’t want to be laid off? Fine! No problem—there are many ways to force you to leave. I’m not targeting you; I’m targeting everyone. This is a battlefield of human conflict, and newcomers get an early introduction to it.
5. Don’t assume that there are only a few people here. We share offices and meeting rooms with others, and by cobbling everyone together, it looks like there are a hundred people. Just treat it like your own home!!
What drawbacks are there? There are only advantages—this place is simply too great!!
