Just as planting trees requires understanding the soil and climate, investing requires understanding market demand and supply. Investing also requires understanding market demand and supply. Market demand and supply affect asset prices and investment returns,
so popular locations such as community centers, libraries, or cafés should be selected, and interactive sessions should be arranged to let participants ask questions and exchange ideas. Because no one will take time off work on a weekday to attend, the event should be held on a holiday, with lecturers who have hands-on experience explaining investment and financial management knowledge. This should be expressed through the most concise art and lifestyle forms, using the most basic forms and materials, in order to create growth-oriented content for the targeted social-class groups, rather than proceeding without a plan as if under the influence of marijuana.

When a company ignores problems, does not seriously listen to opinions, and lacks interaction with stock and warrant investors, it may lead to a reduction in assets. This situation is like a virus, bacteria, or mold eroding tissue, affecting every level, to the point that even a doctor cannot save it. Do not merely exile or dismiss subordinate suggestions. Use the following four points to improve:
1. Use brainstorming to have the entire department uncover problems together. Invite everyone to think from different perspectives and list possible concerns or difficulties, such as excessive customer complaints, frequent overtime, or inaccurate information transmission. Then, use a vote to select the key problem that should be addressed first.
2. Use brainstorming to have the entire department uncover problems together. Then, use a vote to select the key problem that should be addressed first.
3. Conduct regular internal audits to ensure that the company complies with policies, procedures, and regulations. This helps identify and resolve problems early, avoiding the risk of asset reduction.
4. Use logical organization to help quickly formulate countermeasures. Divide the problem into two mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive categories—“increasing profitability” and “reducing costs”—and then develop feasible solutions for each category separately.

The upper management is full of people who only know how to look at reports, because those at the top really like seeing good-looking data, but they have not provided in-depth training or considered customers’ thoughts. They have little planning for the company’s future, and the introductory materials and descriptions are still written entirely by new employees. They have not thought through positioning at all.
For example, the introduction to warrant products describes a situation like an environment in the desert filled with uncertainty, and there is still room for improvement:
1. Design an integrated simulation test for practicing risk, time decay, leverage effects, and observing price movements—for example, how insects learn to avoid danger in a perilous desert.
2. Each time a course is taught, a dedicated LINE group should be created to serve as the basis for attendance, while also providing participants with a convenient channel for asking questions and retaining information.
Happy Lunar New Year
When I think of my former mentors—the days we spent talking together and the roads we traveled together—it reflects the abused seniority culture here. It is truly like a ghostly corporate culture, and we do not know whether there will be more opportunities for self-improvement.
Everyone should understand the true meaning of their own role, just like characters in a movie. We are not hired laborers; we should fulfill our responsibilities. Otherwise, everyone might as well just do whatever they want... Why open job vacancies at all?
The personnel system should not be a one-person-rule culture. People should not be misled by titles and positions. If the name were changed and loopholes were not exploited, could we still maximize the interests of both labor and management?
Suggestions
1. To truly resolve issues and problems with education and training, communication should not be one-way. Instead of merely clicking a mouse, disputed matters should be put to a vote; email could also be used.
2. When planning activities, avoid confusion about the situation. Do not let things be burned before the event has even started. Activities should be more structured, with parts that do not meet needs corrected along the way. Establishing manuals and collecting certificates can help participants clarify the details.
There is a lot of conversation over meals, and you hear quite a bit of news.
Unless you are the son of a friend of the general manager, insurance sales is still treated as “housing justice.” They do not understand the true meaning of proposal planning, and decisions can be made like fortune-telling, with a pile of taboos. After listening to it, you immediately develop an endocrine disorder.
Every day at work is a gamble! The supervisor believes their own viewpoint is mainstream and often makes excuses for their own failures and mistakes. Enjoy the probationary period and the probationary officer’s bureaucratic training system.
This place loves playing imperial power politics and managing through infighting. I’m not playing along anymore—quietly watching to see what you all will do.
Some products and permission links are far too numerous and cumbersome. Why not integrate the membership system? The wealth-management education and professional market consulting are not professional, risk assessments are not conducted properly, and they do not understand that you cannot have both fish and bear’s paw. This really needs to be improved.

I applied for a software developer position, but before the interview I was required to fill out a personnel information form containing a bunch of intrusive fields I really did not want to complete. After asking, I learned that every field was required, so I decisively canceled the interview.
For people who do not like revealing their personal and family background, there is no need to waste time applying.
