Basically, it broadens your horizons!

You may never encounter people and a company like this again in your lifetime.

It’s also quite an eye-opening experience.

Cons

Don’t doubt it. The advantages listed above are fake.

The negative reviews are all true. If you don’t believe it, try it yourself and you’ll understand.

It can also count as a special experience in life. It’s not bad to experience it for yourself.

Since you’ve come here to leave a comment, you should at least leave something useful for reference—that’s the meaningful thing to do.

The statements below are all matters of fact open to public scrutiny.

“Long post—read at your own risk. Feel free to grab some snacks to enjoy while reading.”

1. Whether anything can operate depends entirely on someone’s mood. Anything already underway may be completely overturned because of this person.

Just as several people above said:

“Enjoy the fun of starting from zero at any time.”

2. If someone starts targeting you, you can start looking for another job.

Because they will relentlessly target you every day, greatly affecting your mood, until you can’t take it anymore and leave of your own accord. Staying in this environment is simply wasting the prime years of your life.

3. The environment will absolutely affect a person’s physical and mental health.

You can see Brother Qiang almost every day. In the middle of the night, the Ratatouille crew may even make an appearance. It’s truly lively—there are new friends every day, so you’re never lonely.

4. You are monitored and given lessons in legal knowledge every day.

Everything—from computers to telephones—is monitored. From time to time, they’ll also lecture you on legal knowledge and remind you not to get sued.

Oh, right—they’ll educate consumers together with you, too.

How wonderful. They’re truly passionate about education.

5. Whether or not it’s your job, everything is decided by that person.

Not only will tasks that are halfway done be sent back to square one,

you’ll also have to do other departments’ work without receiving any credit.

You’ll even be treated as though you obviously ought to know how to do it.

It lets you experience the joy of having a side hustle while at work.

(But don’t expect any extra pay.)

6. The silence of certain people is truly terrifying.

Silence really is the ultimate form of emotional abuse—there’s no denying it.

Once you’ve experienced it, you’ll understand that everything said above is true.

As for who is staying silent? Just look at the posts from the people above and you’ll know.

7. A good salary is precious, but life is worth more.

People need to make a living, but the work environment absolutely affects a person’s aura, luck, and even their life.

That is a fact that no amount of burning incense or praying to Buddha can change.

Before you come, try asking yourself:

“Can you really bear to keep wasting your beautiful youth?”

Finally, have you noticed that my punctuation looks especially like whose?

Pros

Interviewed in the basement. The environment was pretty good.

Cons

I had no prior experience in the same industry when I interviewed.

The interviewer had not looked at my résumé beforehand, yet notified me to come for an interview.

Right from the start, they asked: “Hey, you don’t have any experience with beauty or skincare products.”

They did not ask any other questions and just kept circling back to this issue.

In the end, not wanting to waste time, I directly asked whether I would be on the list of candidates under consideration.

The interviewer again said: “You have no relevant experience, so you have no chance.”

Then why casually notify me to come for an interview? Don’t other people’s time matter?

If work experience in the same industry is required, please state it clearly on 104.

A manager who does not prepare in advance and does not take interviewees seriously

will hardly treat employees well after they join either.

It’s not even a particularly well-known brand—what are they acting so arrogant for?? Ridiculous.

Do they think talented people would want to put up with a company with this attitude? How laughable.

Doesn’t hiring someone to come online and whitewash a company amount to an obvious cover-up? If the company put some thought into treating its employees well, would employees need to come online to warn job seekers? This completely exemplifies the company’s upside-down logic. If you put effort into writing a sarcastic post, please also look at what you wrote: “In the online world, anonymous posts come with no immunity. Truth and lies, lies and truth—just take it with a grain of salt.”

1. The company shows extreme disrespect for employees’ privacy. There are surveillance cameras, listening devices, and computer monitoring—nothing is missing. Employees are monitored through their phones at any time, and even discussions of work matters with colleagues are reviewed. Employees’ phones left on their desks are searched for messages, and the boss’s wife loudly reprimands employees for messaging one another, supposedly because she is afraid they might form cliques in private?

2. The company shows extreme disrespect for professionalism, allowing a boss’s wife in her twenties to cause trouble everywhere, offend vendors and the media, and even issue threats. She thinks she knows everything. How can someone handling public relations for a brand offend all the media? How can distributors cancel their partnerships one after another?

According to a certain post: “The quality of new colleagues is uneven. This leads to an insufficient understanding of the company’s organizational rules, or easily causes difficulties in cooperation between the old and new teams.” This shows the company’s distrust of its employees, categorizing some employees as “uneven in quality.” So does the company have any standards for screening interviewees? Does it not need to put effort into building company cohesion? By directing the problem solely at employees’ quality, I think we can understand the “quality” of this company.

To quote again: “A boss is naturally no pushover; an employee naturally knows to speak carefully and cautiously.” You should be able to see how this company cultivates servility in its employees, right?

3. The infighting is even more gripping than *Empresses in the Palace*. The boss’s wife puts all her effort into playing both sides: agreeing with proposals in front of employees, then immediately changing direction when the boss rejects a proposal, loudly exclaiming how employees could have done such a thing, and then turning around and continuing to criticize them.

She invariably pushes her own mistakes onto employees and even makes them pay compensation.

The boss’s wife overturns everything at the very last second of an event’s execution, saying that if it is not going to be done, then it is not going to be done.

The work consists entirely of going around in circles, constantly enjoying the fun of starting from scratch.

In the end, whether you believe this or not, you will only understand after joining. I only hope the company will put more thought into treating its brand and employees well. If it acts honorably and conducts itself properly, there naturally will not be negative reviews.

Pros

Indeed, the colleagues at the company have a strong bond and help one another.

The work objectives are very clear and well-defined. In particular, those of us who have been here for more than two years have excellent teamwork and understanding.

The location is convenient, with both the MRT and buses available.

In terms of benefits, there are occasional company dinners, as well as holiday bonuses and gifts.

There is fruit and snacks available during worship ceremonies, and the company also distributes employee welfare items from time to time.

Cons

The company is growing quickly, which has also led to rapid expansion of its workforce.

As a result, the quality of new colleagues varies considerably. They may not understand the company’s organizational regulations well enough, which can easily create difficulties in cooperation between new and existing teams.

The boss is relatively generous and kind and treats departing employees well, but that does not mean, as you claimed, that the management lacks ability or that the legal department has nothing to do. Did the company’s achievements over the past five years appear out of thin air? And how do you view those of us who are currently still with the company? I even had the illusion that you were applying for the position of company president.

As far as I know,

the documents you prepared during your departure handover left the people who took over afterward to clean up the mess. It was as if there had been no handover at all.

(The company’s lack of concern does not mean it was unaware.)

You slacked off at work and used the pretext of forwarding group photos to create a small clique within the group. We simply hoped to maintain team harmony and did not want to expose you.

You lost many company items. When the company asked you to reimburse them at the employee price, you took your anger out on others and caused trouble for other departments by refusing to follow company procedures.

Your attitude of retaliating out of resentment was still unavoidable. Regarding the comments below, nearly half of the more than 20 long-serving colleagues currently at the company have read them. Everyone’s first reaction was one of the following:

Just take a look and leave it at that.

We all clearly know who it is.

We don’t have that much time to care what she says.

Do we need to report to her about whether we have work to do?

It’s fine—it helped us screen some applicants.

To be honest, I only want to advise you to speak cautiously. Even if you post anonymously, you are still legally responsible. Almost everything you said consists of emotionally driven personal statements.

Moreover, from the perspective of an employee who has been here for more than two years, your information is actually inaccurate.

I am not defending anyone; I am protecting my own work environment.

You have the right to decide not to work for this company, but that does not mean we feel the same way as you.

We understand very clearly that only by working together can the company continue to grow. As you said, we share a strong revolutionary bond.

The only thing we need to do is continue working hard.

If the company does well, we will do even better.

Of course, we are also very grateful for this negative review.

Rumors stop with the wise.

Clear-sighted people also know very well how to distinguish gossip and retaliation from genuine comments.

As for the other two commenters,

I remember that you were designers who had worked here for less than two or three months before leaving. I’m sorry that I didn’t have much opportunity to speak with you, so I have only heard about your actions from other colleagues.

But I advise you that in your next job, first clearly understand the company’s organizational structure and the responsibilities and authority of its supervisors before criticizing what constitutes respect or disrespect and whether someone has the authority to manage.

What constitutes interference, and what constitutes modifying a design?

Does the management authority held by a company supervisor really require your approval? Or your permission?

The company is not large, and a great deal of information circulates, including the problems you created.

You had just joined the company and were not yet familiar with its style, yet you repeatedly changed the established design style that had been in place for five years. This seriously delayed schedules and the planned goals of other departments. Did you ever consider how others felt, or the responsibilities they had to bear?

There is always a reason behind what happens. Why do the comments you made never clearly explain the reasons? They even focus only on individuals and make statements that fail to distinguish between public and private matters.

Because of your insistence based on personal subjective views, during normal working hours you produced work that was not what the company needed. You even refused to make revisions according to your supervisor’s requirements. In the end, you chose to submit overtime applications, delaying the company’s schedule, while still feeling justified in refusing to take leave according to the company’s personnel management regulations and failing to cooperate with the company’s needs.

Have you ever considered how we colleagues felt? The time pressure we had to endure because of delays caused by mistakes in other departments?

Please understand that everyone needs to be respected, but people respect those who respect themselves.

We welcome every job seeker who comes for an interview to read these comments carefully and understand the true value and purpose of work.

For those of us currently at the company, of course we encounter friction at work and there are areas that need adjustment, but we do not choose to face them with complaints. Instead, we choose to work together to solve them.

Oops! I suddenly feel so positive. (Perhaps everyone should spend more of their free time caring for the family and friends around them, protecting the few remaining polar bears on Earth, and helping keep the planet from getting so hot~~~)

The colleagues share a strong bond forged through adversity and get along well. As for why they have such a bond, please see the cons section below.

Cons

Have you seen *Shutter Island*?

If you get hired here, I believe the other employees will definitely want to hand you a note that says, “Run.”

Through company phone recordings, computer monitoring, and surveillance cameras, you’ll realize just how insecure the people at the top of this company are.

Let me start with the conclusion: this company has an extremely high turnover rate—so high that you can count the employees with more than one or two years of service on one hand. Here are the reasons:

A boss in his forties married a young wife in her twenties who was approaching thirty, and the root of all the trouble is this parachuted-in boss’s wife. To quote a previous commenter: “This person isn’t good at solving problems or managing emotions, but is good at solving the people who raise problems or cause her emotional problems.” She throws all kinds of hysterical, unreasonable tantrums and even picks fights with vendors, damaging the company’s reputation in the process.

The reason someone this outrageous and incapable can be part of the company’s management is that the boss is so eager to protect his young wife, while being spineless and simply indulging her or staying silent. In my view, this kind of person is actually the most frightening: he clearly knows what his wife has done to damage the company’s reputation externally and create a tense atmosphere internally, yet he just watches silently, never says a word, and even encourages all of it to happen.

The company’s legal affairs department is practically idle all day (though he is so free that there is nothing for him to do anyway). He only wanders around the office acting as an informant, then randomly reports trivial nonsense to the two people above him to win praise and approval. He barely handles any serious work, and still reviews, signs, and takes responsibility for contracts himself. This person merely routes approval documents—what the hell, are you legal counsel or am I? Your life is truly pathetic.

There is far too much to say; the above is only a rough introduction.

To judge whether a company is worth joining, you can get a general idea by looking at its employee turnover rate. When have you ever seen this company have fewer job openings? Everything comes down to the people involved.

BTW, the company was formerly called “Deyi International Trading” and later apparently changed its name to “Shidi Aoqi,” supposedly because someone had ruined its reputation. Just letting you know.
