Pros

Doesn’t hiring someone to come online and whitewash a company amount to an obvious cover-up? If the company put some thought into treating its employees well, would employees need to come online to warn job seekers? This completely exemplifies the company’s upside-down logic. If you put effort into writing a sarcastic post, please also look at what you wrote: “In the online world, anonymous posts come with no immunity. Truth and lies, lies and truth—just take it with a grain of salt.”

1. The company shows extreme disrespect for employees’ privacy. There are surveillance cameras, listening devices, and computer monitoring—nothing is missing. Employees are monitored through their phones at any time, and even discussions of work matters with colleagues are reviewed. Employees’ phones left on their desks are searched for messages, and the boss’s wife loudly reprimands employees for messaging one another, supposedly because she is afraid they might form cliques in private?

2. The company shows extreme disrespect for professionalism, allowing a boss’s wife in her twenties to cause trouble everywhere, offend vendors and the media, and even issue threats. She thinks she knows everything. How can someone handling public relations for a brand offend all the media? How can distributors cancel their partnerships one after another?

According to a certain post: “The quality of new colleagues is uneven. This leads to an insufficient understanding of the company’s organizational rules, or easily causes difficulties in cooperation between the old and new teams.” This shows the company’s distrust of its employees, categorizing some employees as “uneven in quality.” So does the company have any standards for screening interviewees? Does it not need to put effort into building company cohesion? By directing the problem solely at employees’ quality, I think we can understand the “quality” of this company.

To quote again: “A boss is naturally no pushover; an employee naturally knows to speak carefully and cautiously.” You should be able to see how this company cultivates servility in its employees, right?

3. The infighting is even more gripping than *Empresses in the Palace*. The boss’s wife puts all her effort into playing both sides: agreeing with proposals in front of employees, then immediately changing direction when the boss rejects a proposal, loudly exclaiming how employees could have done such a thing, and then turning around and continuing to criticize them.

She invariably pushes her own mistakes onto employees and even makes them pay compensation.

The boss’s wife overturns everything at the very last second of an event’s execution, saying that if it is not going to be done, then it is not going to be done.

The work consists entirely of going around in circles, constantly enjoying the fun of starting from scratch.

In the end, whether you believe this or not, you will only understand after joining. I only hope the company will put more thought into treating its brand and employees well. If it acts honorably and conducts itself properly, there naturally will not be negative reviews.
