Read the community guidelinesI'm going to an interview. May I ask if verification engineers earn 38K or more?
I haven't had the interview yet.

Don't go. The interview alone takes two hours, and they also test your personality traits. You have to answer 40 questions, one by one, and only after the test results come out will you know whether you can be hired. The salary isn't even very high. It's simply a waste of time, and you'll also be questioned about whether what you say is logical.
Nope, hehe.
A standard warm, human-governed organization! Very Kaohsiung!
Low pay, no overtime pay... only compensatory leave~
The management rules and regulations are merely for reference.
Everything is decided by the boss!
And they often change back and forth,
causing employees to be wrong the more they do!
The HR manager has a conscience.
They don't want to continue helping the evildoers, so they have submitted their resignation.
The HR manager has already been listed on Slave Bank:

Sigh...
This is already the Nth HR manager.

They have already found the HR manager at Slave Bank:

Sexual harassment occurred, and the supervisors did not take it seriously. You can handle the female colleagues you like..
Everything on 104 Slave Bank is a scam! In reality, the salaries are extremely low!
Typical sweatshop in the economically disadvantaged south!
I urge all fellow locals:
Unless you are completely out of options!
Only come here for an interview or to take a job if you have no choice in the alternative industries, gambling industry, black-market organizations...
The assistant manager in the Manufacturing Department is a very nice person, and the colleagues are easy to get along with (limited to colleagues in the Manufacturing Department; this does not include people from Quality Assurance).
I will describe my work experience to everyone in detail:
1. Before joining, you have to fill out a pile of forms and read various manuals. It is a huge waste of time. The forms are all created on an ad hoc basis and are not any kind of formal specifications. You fill out one version today, and it gets revised again a month later.
2. Before you join, the HR lady gives you a warning, telling you about the shortcomings of the colleagues in Manufacturing. She plants a preconceived idea in your mind. In reality, it is because of the HR lady that the people at headquarters and the Manufacturing unit do not get along.
3. Colleagues at the manufacturing plant are occasionally called back to headquarters for meetings. The drive takes 10–15 minutes, and if anything happens, you are responsible for it yourself.
4. The company cooperates with mainland China, but the raw material quality is terrible. They are all under the same boss, and the boss cannot improve the situation, instead telling Manufacturing to find a way to deal with it.
5. The company’s business team has no sense and cannot communicate delivery schedules with customers. Often, defective raw materials (produced by the boss himself) arrive only two days before the customer’s delivery deadline. Manufacturing is then asked to deliver the products immediately. They do not care how production is handled, and if it cannot be completed, they will not coordinate; they shift the responsibility to Manufacturing.
In short, think twice before joining this company. Unless you really urgently need money, do not join this company. There is a lot of infighting at headquarters, and new employees are pushed out before completing three months. I am someone who was pushed out by this terrible company.
There are absolutely no advantages; it deserves a negative rating.
If you don't want to waste your energy and time, don't go to this company!
Going there will definitely make you regret it!
Sorry, I couldn't think of any advantages.
There are only a few people in the company, yet they still manage to form little cliques. The work is extremely inefficient, and everything has to follow a process. They act like a large company, but the boss clearly doesn't have the demeanor of a large-company executive! It's a process-first culture. I advise everyone not to waste time interviewing, because when you resign, you have to spend more than three hours listening to HR spout nonsense.
The decor is new.
You have to fill out a lot of information and questionnaires. The interview asks many very personal questions, and some of the questions are also strangely illogical. There are many red spotlights at the company entrance, making it look a lot like an altar, which is very scary.
The environment is very clean
The interview takes approximately three hours or more:
One and a half hours to complete the test,
One and a half hours to discuss the test you just completed,
The salary is only slightly higher than 22K,
Overall, I feel the interview is very inefficient
