Let's get straight to the point: please don't go work there, and don't waste your time interviewing either.
I only worked there for a few months before I could see how utterly dysfunctional this place is.
I think there are already too many holes here, so I'll pick one to talk about:
The company's Chief Operating Officer (English name starts with J and ends with a)
has absolutely no understanding of operations or how to manage people—possibly because she can't do anything herself.
1. She is passionate about lecturing people and showing off her past achievements, claiming to know and understand everything. But this is truly the first time I've seen a senior executive with such an impoverished level of knowledge.
However, if you've worked with her, you'll wonder whether she is taking credit for other people's achievements and boasting about them.
2. She likes holding meetings, but in reality, she uses meetings as an excuse to make up for her lack of knowledge and common sense, learning on the spot in front of the boss and then presenting it as her own.
3. She comes from a sales background, but has absolutely no sales charisma, no ability to drive results, and can even anger clients. She lacks crisis-management skills.
4. She disregards your professional expertise and only wants to use her own shabby aesthetic and ChatGPT-generated work to belittle your professionalism.
5. She uses calls instead of written communication to evade accountability.
6. She badmouths employees to new colleagues to build rapport and establish an alliance, but the new colleagues eventually see through her and realize that she is the biggest problem.
I'm not sure why this company would spend so much money hiring someone like this.
All I can say is, if she gets laid off, I hope no company hires this person. (This is directed at companies currently considering hiring her, so they can see this.)
You basically pay to give her lessons, and then she makes all your subordinates disappear 🤗
🥇The turnover rate during her tenure hit a record high—more than ten people left, right?
That's enough about the COO for now. See you next time.
A Workplace Battlefield: Don’t Even Think About Joining This Company!
At this company, the workplace is about far more than just work. There is no fairness here, only scheming; no career development, only the fate of being used and discarded.
✔️ The Cruel Fate of a Short-Lived Manager
The marketing manager had barely taken office when she was forced to take on a poisoned chalice. Two months later, the BOSS issued a direct order: she had to force two subordinates out, or she would be “asked to leave.” She chose not to submit. In return, her contract was obstructed, her reports were deliberately nitpicked, and she was publicly humiliated. In the end, she was deemed to have failed her probation and left in disgrace.
✔️ The Survival Strategy of a Lowly Administrator
One administrative assistant was intelligent and perceptive, yet was controlled by psychological manipulation from the administrative manager and could not bring herself to resign. In the end, through a brilliant performance and a secret pact with the manager, she successfully brought down the marketing manager in exchange for her own freedom. However, this supposedly win-win deal was steeped in deep sadness.
✔️ The COO: A Get-Out-of-Jail-Free Card Bought with Money
The newly appointed COO complained about everything, wasted manpower and money, and delivered no results. With the end of her probation approaching, she had a flash of inspiration: she directly bought shares in the company and instantly became a shareholder! The BOSS was delighted and personally ordered all employees to clean up after her and prop up her performance, allowing this farce to continue.
✔️ The BOSS’s Fifty Shades of Scheming
This BOSS was incompetent at running the business, while his family life was an even bigger mess. The destination of company funds was unclear, yet he openly parachuted his mistress into a senior position and even “staged passionate scenes” in the office. Toward employees, threats, harassment, and sexual harassment were part of the daily routine. When the marketing manager refused to force out her subordinates, he immediately fired her and extended his claws to the entire department. This torment is far from over…
✔️ The Administrative Manager’s Dream of Power
To curry favor with the BOSS, the administrative manager did not hesitate to sacrifice her own people, even aiding and abetting him in persecuting dissenters. However, when her team began to fall apart, she turned around and started currying favor with colleagues she had once bullied. Unfortunately, her true nature had long since been seen through, leaving only hypocritical fake smiles and superficial peace. Oh, and she is also the mistress of a senior executive at a certain television station!
This company is, in reality, a workplace battlefield where everyone is scheming against everyone else, and kind people can only be bullied.
If you value your career, mental health, and moral boundaries, do not set foot in this dark abyss!

✔️The survival tactics of a junior administrator
One administrative assistant was intelligent and perceptive, but was trapped by the administrative manager’s workplace PUA and unable to resign for a long time. Eventually, through a brilliant performance and a secret pact with the manager, she successfully brought down the marketing manager in exchange for her own freedom. No advantages
Women are treated as men;
men are treated as livestock.
An unlimited responsibility system, with no overtime pay.
Suitable for people who are completely desperate,
with Cambodia and here as the remaining options.
The CEO casually claimed that those who become managers at the company all use their brainpower to do R&D, rather than merely performing repetitive tasks.
The questions asked during the interview were not difficult. However, it was only when negotiating the salary that I discovered the CEO would start evaluating the technologies you know and saying they were not worth much, while using PUA tactics to undermine your confidence. The CEO would hold the résumés of other applicants and wave them in front of you, saying things like, “Look how good these people are. Why should I choose you?”
In practice, however, the starting salary is considerably lower than the industry standard. You could say that although you work in northern Taiwan, you receive a salary at the level of central or southern Taiwan.
After asking a senior schoolmate who had previously worked at the company, I learned that the company operates under a responsibility-based system, with no overtime pay or performance bonuses.
For reference by those considering applying for an interview.
There aren't really any advantages.
One person is expected to do the work of three, taking on multiple roles. During an exhibition, I once went in to provide support on a weekend, but did not even get Monday off. I ended up losing 12 days off over those two consecutive weeks!!! After it ended, they still wouldn't let the employees off the hook and insisted on holding a review meeting! Also, the entire company is almost entirely made up of people with technical backgrounds, and is very weak on the business side. They want to hire superhuman employees for very little money, and the Chief Operating Officer also has very little respect for individual roles, thinking everything is very simple. In reality, they have never done the work themselves, and when there are problems, they push the blame onto employees. The salary is not commensurate with the work, and you still have to deal with work-related matters after hours, so your quality of life disappears entirely. There are no systems or procedures, and everything is chaotic. You have absolutely no idea what position you actually applied for. It is very suitable for fresh graduates.
