There aren't really any advantages.
One person is expected to do the work of three, taking on multiple roles. During an exhibition, I once went in to provide support on a weekend, but did not even get Monday off. I ended up losing 12 days off over those two consecutive weeks!!! After it ended, they still wouldn't let the employees off the hook and insisted on holding a review meeting! Also, the entire company is almost entirely made up of people with technical backgrounds, and is very weak on the business side. They want to hire superhuman employees for very little money, and the Chief Operating Officer also has very little respect for individual roles, thinking everything is very simple. In reality, they have never done the work themselves, and when there are problems, they push the blame onto employees. The salary is not commensurate with the work, and you still have to deal with work-related matters after hours, so your quality of life disappears entirely. There are no systems or procedures, and everything is chaotic. You have absolutely no idea what position you actually applied for. It is very suitable for fresh graduates.
