Pros

Can't think of any.

Cons

Let's get straight to the point: please don't go work there, and don't waste your time interviewing either.

I only worked there for a few months before I could see how utterly dysfunctional this place is.

I think there are already too many holes here, so I'll pick one to talk about:

The company's Chief Operating Officer (English name starts with J and ends with a)

has absolutely no understanding of operations or how to manage people—possibly because she can't do anything herself.

1. She is passionate about lecturing people and showing off her past achievements, claiming to know and understand everything. But this is truly the first time I've seen a senior executive with such an impoverished level of knowledge.

However, if you've worked with her, you'll wonder whether she is taking credit for other people's achievements and boasting about them.

2. She likes holding meetings, but in reality, she uses meetings as an excuse to make up for her lack of knowledge and common sense, learning on the spot in front of the boss and then presenting it as her own.

3. She comes from a sales background, but has absolutely no sales charisma, no ability to drive results, and can even anger clients. She lacks crisis-management skills.

4. She disregards your professional expertise and only wants to use her own shabby aesthetic and ChatGPT-generated work to belittle your professionalism.

5. She uses calls instead of written communication to evade accountability.

6. She badmouths employees to new colleagues to build rapport and establish an alliance, but the new colleagues eventually see through her and realize that she is the biggest problem.

I'm not sure why this company would spend so much money hiring someone like this.

All I can say is, if she gets laid off, I hope no company hires this person. (This is directed at companies currently considering hiring her, so they can see this.)

You basically pay to give her lessons, and then she makes all your subordinates disappear 🤗

🥇The turnover rate during her tenure hit a record high—more than ten people left, right?

That's enough about the COO for now. See you next time.
