There are free drinks available.
The personnel system is incomplete, and the company engages in clique-based bullying.
1. They once hired a Chinese person who did not do any work and played video games all day as the chief accountant, letting him collect a year's salary before telling him to leave. The supervisor must have something wrong with his head.
2. A certain Assistant Tsai thinks he has a great deal of managerial authority, indulges people he likes in bullying others, and assigns work arbitrarily.

Interview opening: Digital Payments Manager
1. The first interview was conducted remotely. The interviewer turned off their camera and left me to carry on a monologue. I never saw the interviewer, and they did not introduce themselves or the company; they only kept asking whether I had any questions to ask??????
2. The second interview was conducted on-site. Three interviewers came in one after another, and I had to explain the same things three times..... During the interview, they had already said that I would be hired, pending my online response. After I replied, they also called to confirm.
3. I waited nearly a week without receiving an offer, and they did not reply to my messages on 104 either. I had to call and ask directly, only to be told that they had forgotten and had already given the offer to another candidate, who had even started onboarding. So I asked: How could you forget in less than a week??? This was clearly disrespectful.
The person mentioned above wasted 15 minutes, so compared with my experience, they were actually lucky. I practically wasted a month, only to be sabotaged at the end.
I sincerely wish your company success in finding suitable candidates, maintaining a low turnover rate, and smoothly promoting your business!

Interview cons: Digital Payment Manager
1. Remote interview; the interviewer’s background noise sounded like they were in a dining environment, eating while conducting the interview? How disrespectful to the interviewee.
2. After asking the interviewee to introduce themselves at the beginning, they asked whether there were any questions about the job responsibilities. They said that if there were no questions at the moment, questions could also be asked on 104.
???? Completely baffling—why didn’t they even provide an introduction to the company or explain the job responsibilities? The 104 job description was only a brief overview.
The interview lasted less than 15 minutes. If I had taken time off specifically for this interview, I would have been extremely pissed off. What a waste of time.

Terrible—an extremely awful HR representative! Here’s what happened: I had originally arranged an afternoon interview with the company, but my morning interview ran late and the schedule was delayed. It was also raining heavily at the time, so I asked whether the interview could be postponed.
Because I didn’t receive a response, I canceled the interview through the job bank and replied with an apology. They even thoughtfully called to tell me to be careful on the way.
However, not long afterward, I was reported by the job bank as having missed the interview. This affects my reputation and my rights as a job seeker. I was furious and immediately called customer service to clarify the situation, and I also expressed my dissatisfaction with this behavior. Would you want to work for a company that stabs you in the back like this? They’re already treating you this way before you’ve even joined—who knows when they might get rid of you!
If a similar situation happens in the future, please record and save screenshots, and state that your rights as a job seeker have been harmed. Consider taking measures such as filing a lawsuit and seeking compensation to deter this kind of thing from happening again.
