Pros

The interview process was complicated, but I couldn't find the company's registration number, so I had no choice but to post it under the subsidiary Chenggao (not a positive).

Cons

On the day of the interview, they handed out a stack of test papers as if I were a middle school student taking an exam. The tests covered logic, computer aptitude, and some customer service-related questions. I'm 35, and this was the most troublesome interview I've ever had in my life for a job whose salary was least commensurate with the required abilities. After finishing the written tests, I also had to take a typing test. Only after that did I get to speak with the interviewer.

The questions asked in the interview were extremely trivial and detailed— it was practically a background investigation for joining the State Council, even though I had not actually been hired yet and had not genuinely decided to take the job. There were not many interviewees that day, so we had the discussion together. I was forced to share my life with other people. They asked for such detailed information that I couldn't just gloss over it. It was an enormous waste of time. The entire interview took four hours (the website said 1–1.5 hours). Only at the end did they say that my typing score did not meet their requirements. Hello? If you had said that at the beginning, we wouldn't have had to waste each other's time. In the end, all they said was thanks, go home, and wait for news. The offered salary was 30, but it was 28 during the training period. Since the company schedules the training, if there is no training for half a year, the salary will remain at 28 (the website listed 3).

Overall, I felt that the company's requirements were extremely high, but the salary was completely disproportionate to the required abilities. By the end of the day, I had no desire to join, and they also never followed up.

As soon as you start getting the hang of a project, they ask you to learn something new without giving you even a few days to adjust. They immediately hand you training materials and require you to take a new course, then put you straight on live duty once you finish.

There may be people from different projects working in the same space. Sometimes Project A is very busy with a high call volume while Project B has fewer calls, but Project B is still made to cut its break time in half along with Project A. = = It feels pretty inexplicable.

Also, right after joining, you are given several pages of miscellaneous information to fill out. In practice, you do not need to write everything, but no one tells you which parts can be left blank.

After I finished learning the project content, I do not know whether they forgot or what, but I was not given any practice handling live calls. I was sent straight onto live duty the next day. Also, even if you thoroughly study all the content in the training materials, it is still not enough, because you will receive questions from the public that are not answered in the materials. During the interview, they said there would be comprehensive training, but I do not think it was complete at all.

Selling dog meat under the guise of mutton! While working for project clients, they take calls for other projects behind their backs. They also divert all customer service representatives who can answer calls to other projects without informing the clients, then require the remaining available agents to play multiple roles, operating fake accounts to handle calls. Those left to answer calls are worked to death. Anyone considering applying should think carefully.

Pros

The company colleagues are very easy to get along with.

Cons

The salary is low and there is a lot of work. Because it is an outsourcing company, you will learn a wide range of project skills. Some projects stipulate at the time of signing that they must be handled by dedicated personnel, but you are often assigned other projects behind the client's back. It's basically a situation where you're expected to work yourself to death.

Pros

The receptionist was very friendly

Cons

The interviewer was a full hour late. Good thing I hadn't scheduled any other interviews... Then they asked whether I had interviewed at any other companies before interviewing at their company. I answered that I had interviewed for an e-commerce xx position at a certain company. The interviewer insisted that company wasn't e-commerce, saying that only companies like Y and M could be called e-commerce!

Okay, fine... Maybe you should do a little research. Does that mean only well-known, large companies can be called e-commerce companies? = =

Cons

The interview invitation was sent via a website message to arrange a time. Before the interview, I was informed that during the first three-month probationary period, the salary would only be xx (which was actually the minimum salary listed on the website). After confirming that I would attend the interview, I was then informed by email that I needed to bring a printed résumé for the interviewer’s reference. However, upon arriving, I was asked to fill out the résumé form provided by the company again, and was told that the résumé information I had originally prepared would not be used.

The issues mentioned above may have been due to internal communication problems, but what I found most intolerable was that the reception seating area smelled of urine. The interviewer even wore a mask during the interview. Overall, it was an extremely absurd experience. I advise anyone considering going to think twice.

Pros

When I was invited to the interview, they gave me a brief introduction to the company's policies and the job responsibilities. Since I’m currently taking my job search quite seriously, I have a lot of interviews scheduled, and the company was very willing to accommodate my interview schedule. That really touched me.

During the interview, I took a look at the work environment and found it very lively. They even have an internal company newsletter, which I thought was really special.

The manager was also very friendly during the interview, and clearly explained both the pros and cons of the job.

The office environment was nice too, and the restroom was very clean XD

If I receive an offer, I’ll go and report for work.

Cons

The company is on a relatively high floor, so people with a fear of heights shouldn’t look out the window ><
