Pros

The people I interviewed with at the time were quite nice. We got along well, and they were very down-to-earth. They didn’t make grand promises; they spoke frankly and didn’t deceive people.

Cons

The managers do not understand software engineering. They treat you like an ordinary laborer, putting pressure on you to complete tasks by a set deadline. If you can’t finish, they expect you to work overtime, without considering staffing levels or the fact that the actual systems are very chaotic. It feels like a company that does not empathize with its employees.

Simply put, it’s a trap.

Regarding sexual harassment, management does not take it seriously. They can deal with female colleagues they like.............

Cons

I advise all fellow locals,

Unless you are completely desperate!

Only come here for an interview or to take a job

if even fringe industries, the gambling industry, and shady organizations ... are not an option!

Pros

1. Take time off when you see red (menstruation leave)

2. The atmosphere in the reports team was very good at first, but it started to change later. Even so, setting that aside, I still think it is a relatively straightforward and easygoing place overall (people chat with one another, are happy to answer each other’s questions, and even bring snacks to share with colleagues. There are also incredibly kind colleagues who often give everyone cute stuffed toys).

3. The old salary structure was an extremely low base salary plus high bonuses (but this was also its downside, because year-end bonuses and overtime pay were calculated based on the extremely low base salary).

4. The sales team members were actually very nice. They often treated the reports team to snacks, and honestly, a large portion of the high bonuses depended on this as well (though it was also a source of pressure).

5. The former manager was very nice and easy to discuss things with. The only downside was that they did not advocate for the department’s interests.

This may be why some people later lost their motivation (quietly resigning??) and could no longer keep trying—I feel this way myself, though I’m not sure about the others.

Cons

1. The reports team was under a lot of pressure, which often led to overtime; sometimes we even had to come in on Saturdays. The division of labor was also disorganized, so during regular working hours we had to moonlight by helping colleagues in other departments. As a result, overtime at night was when we could actually focus on our own work (but the company was quite reassuring about this: the overtime pay was lower than outside part-time work, so no one would really maliciously work overtime).

2. The boss had a strong desire to make changes and even brought in professionals to make major changes to the workplace structure (parachuting in professional talent). However, they seemed not to stay for long, so things changed frequently and people found it difficult to adapt. Some changes were even made during peak season. We were already too busy just rushing to finish the reports… and the overtime was already extremely frustrating…

P.S. It may be because this is a family business: when the new leader (the second generation) takes over, they want to make a strong impression right away.

3. The year-end bonus was ridiculously low (capped at one month of base salary, and they would even find reasons to deduct it. P.S. The person who ranked first in the team’s peer-evaluation vote would receive slightly more).

I seriously suspect that the boss used our department’s money to subsidize losses in other industries. Otherwise, after our direct supervisor bragged in a meeting a few days earlier that the performance target had been reached ahead of schedule and even exceeded, why would they then cut your year-end bonus?

Pros

Suitable for part-timers and those looking to make quick money

Cons

The salary is relatively low. The advertised salary actually includes a 2,000 perfect-attendance bonus, effectively withholding part of the wages.

Pros

The interview was relaxed and comfortable, and every question was answered.

After joining, the benefits were generally good. Although the salary was low, the bonuses were substantial.

Cons

The interviewer was unprofessional, had not done enough preparation, merely skimmed the résumé, and then engaged in random small talk.

After joining, it felt like I was just going through the motions every day. The year-end bonus was very small—one month’s salary would have been understandable, but it was even less than the base salary. Do not apply for a key-in position. The supervisor of the report team had no decision-making ability and was completely dominated by newcomers. They also would not advocate for the department’s rights and interests. The junior manager only considers appearance when interviewing people, ignoring character. As a result, the attractive newcomers they hire may have good work abilities, but they do not have to do anything and push everything onto others. They exploit employees who work conscientiously but have only average abilities every day, and even bully senior employees. Yet the managers do not intervene or impose any penalties or take any action. Therefore, if you are considering applying for a key-in position, think very carefully.

Pros

Paid salary

Cons

Everyone in the entire company is extremely selfish. There is absolutely no future after joining, and people who make a whole bunch of pointless fuss spend all day doing pointless things. They have no ideas and work chaotically. There is also a perfect-attendance bonus of up to 2,000, so one careless mistake can conveniently save the company money—great. If you want to join, please think twice.
