The environment is beautiful.
The pay is quite high for a newcomer; I received 43K plus a 5K bonus.
The HR staff are outsiders to the field—you’ll get hired as long as you present yourself appropriately.
There is an additional 5,000 in salary as a performance bonus.
HR said that everyone averages over 80%, but I remain skeptical.
They said they plan to grow the team to 45 people from March to June next year, but I was the only one who passed among those who interviewed with me....

2. The monthly salary is divided into two parts: one part is your base salary, and the other part is a performance bonus.
Each month, individual performance is assessed. If your performance score for that month is 80, you will receive 80% of the performance bonus (according to the evaluation criteria, it is impossible for anyone to score 100; a score above 90 is considered that of an exceptionally good employee). Therefore, pay special attention when negotiating your salary; otherwise, the salary you receive may be lower than at your previous job.
3. The employee turnover rate is quite high. After you join, if the managers above you (including managers from the Philippine company) do not like you, they may ask you to leave at any time, no matter how strong your technical abilities are. Therefore, after joining, always be mentally prepared to pack up and leave.
4. The boss is Korean and is very good at making pleasant-sounding remarks. Just take it at face value and do not take it too seriously.
