Pros
The environment is beautiful.
The pay is quite high for a newcomer; I received 43K plus a 5K bonus.
The HR staff are outsiders to the field—you’ll get hired as long as you present yourself appropriately.
Cons
There is an additional 5,000 in salary as a performance bonus.
HR said that everyone averages over 80%, but I remain skeptical.
They said they plan to grow the team to 45 people from March to June next year, but I was the only one who passed among those who interviewed with me....
