To make work easier, they compete aggressively for days off; if they cannot win, they resort to lying; if that does not work, they simply say nothing and ignore others, refusing to coordinate. They pressure and coerce other employees over their leave. No one admits responsibility for damaged merchandise, and the person who discovers it is left holding the bag and is extremely unlucky. To make the store rank first and win bonuses, people simply fight over everything. It is a complete mess. Employees have to handle matters big and small on their own, with no support, and workplace bullying is everywhere here.
