The work is easy.
Senior managers do not actually manage. Even when issues are reported, they only smooth things over and advise employees not to take their work too seriously—to turn a blind eye. However, when petty people report others, even the most ridiculous reasons receive proper attention and handling. As a result, talented employees keep leaving while the company remains completely unaware of why, not understanding why the talent below them is being buried one by one, the hidden truth, or the people and issues being handled unfairly. To maintain stability and secure raises, they choose to downplay the important points, appease the troublemakers, and shift the blame onto people who come to work normally. In an environment where you receive no benefits unless you go along with the crowd, bad money drives out good.
