Read the community guidelinesEasy to get hired after the interview.
I sincerely advise all job seekers not to go there—don't waste your life. What the previous reviewer encountered, I encountered as well.
You get paid the same whether you do well or poorly. If there are problems, you can discuss how to improve them later. The pressure isn't very high—it depends on how you look at it.
Bonuses are just empty promises. If you don't actually receive anything, it's all bullshit, so just take it with a grain of salt and don't take it too seriously. As for benefits, the company only provides gifts. The quality of the gifts may depend on whether clients or the boss's friends give them gifts; if not, the company will spend its own money to buy them. The quality depends on the company's mood on the day of purchase, and the gifts generally cost no more than NT$600.
In the past, the year-end bonus was one month's pay, but later, to cut costs, the company began deciding how much to give based on its mood and how it felt about each employee.
The company is very stingy with money.
This is a sales-oriented company, and the capabilities of its sales staff are crucial to the company’s survival. Although the boss also prioritizes sales, he often says whatever comes to mind, so unless you record and verify things on the spot, basically 90% of what he says will not come to pass. To protect your own rights, make sure to keep evidence at all times.
You may think that after going through hardships with the company, it will give you some kind of reward, but even if you help the company get through difficult times, it may not necessarily think of you. The accountant is the boss’s wife. Whenever the boss talks about money-related matters, he has to report to her and await her decision, but basically the boss always gets rejected. So it’s better not to join. If you do join, just treat it as a stepping stone.
A job that appeared to be for a social media editor ultimately got twisted into an overseas sales position...
The interview went very well; the boss was very good at painting an overly rosy picture and giving interviewees hope.
The colleagues are easy to get along with.
Two people in their 50s are inflexible and like living in their own little world... with an extremely inflated sense of self.
Whenever any problem occurs, it is always the employees' fault—never the company's.
On top of that, it is a small family-run business... the boss's child is also the engineering manager... but basically does not act like a manager at all.
They have never cared about how much of the engineers' work has been completed... unless a customer is pressing them, then they ask the engineers about the progress.
The app was rushed onto the app store, and they never check it again afterward.
It was originally a promising industry, but working at this company makes you feel as if it could go bankrupt at any moment.
Do not join this company under any circumstances.
Because there are no raises and no benefits or bonuses whatsoever.
They also make arbitrary deductions from employees' pay.
The interview process is pretty easy to get through. Some colleagues with hardly any ability even use Google Translate to reply to overseas clients’ emails—impressive in its own way. You’ll see a lot of odd characters once you join. If you don’t have much experience and are looking for a stepping stone (?), you could consider coming here.
The boss has made the company atmosphere incredibly awful, and somehow every mistake is always the employees’ fault. Many employees have resigned, yet the company never reflects on its internal problems. There are absolutely no benefits!!!! Even the year-end bonus is supposedly about weathering tough times together @@!!!!!!! There is a gift box for the Mid-Autumn Festival... but it’s the kind you’ll want to give away.... Salary increases are extremely difficult. The boss and the boss’s wife care very, very much about money!!!!! They also constantly say there’s no money!!!!!! And they love nitpicking~~ It always feels like they’re deliberately making things difficult~~ making you feel like you’re incompetent~~ so you won’t come ask for a raise—that’s the impression!!!!!! The company really doesn’t have many senior employees...... I guess they just can’t retain them?
Colleagues also make plans to eat together, and everyone gets along very well.
A traditional family-run business.... There are absolutely no benefits, and the boss criticizes every colleague who resigns. The industry appears to have a lot of prospects, yet it feels like working in a sunset industry. Colleagues are all competing to see who has the lowest salary...... Pay is deducted according to the boss’s mood, with no standards, and no one knows how it is calculated!
The boss treats this place like a school, so it is quite normal for the company to replace an entire round of employees in a year! Even though the pay is clearly low, we are persuaded that it should be this way..... The employees do have quite a strong sense of solidarity, of course, not when it comes to work!
Don’t expect too much in terms of salary raises or anything like that; they are all empty promises made at the beginning....
Everyone except the senior management is easy to get along with.
This is a family business, and the senior management is extremely penny-pinching when it comes to money. They even pull all sorts of petty tricks with salaries. Quite a few colleagues have encountered salary disputes, and if you raise the issue with senior management, be prepared to be singled out by them.
The equipment provided by the company is very poor; some colleagues even bring their own equipment to use. Moreover, the company is suspected of using pirated software.
The colleagues are easy to get along with.
The salary is low, and the work is very miscellaneous. A certain senior executive in the company is not easy to get along with and often secretly watches the employees’ actions. Ironically, he is the least productive person in the entire company.
