The interview went very well; the boss was very good at painting an overly rosy picture and giving interviewees hope.
The colleagues are easy to get along with.
Two people in their 50s are inflexible and like living in their own little world... with an extremely inflated sense of self.
Whenever any problem occurs, it is always the employees' fault—never the company's.
On top of that, it is a small family-run business... the boss's child is also the engineering manager... but basically does not act like a manager at all.
They have never cared about how much of the engineers' work has been completed... unless a customer is pressing them, then they ask the engineers about the progress.
The app was rushed onto the app store, and they never check it again afterward.
It was originally a promising industry, but working at this company makes you feel as if it could go bankrupt at any moment.
Do not join this company under any circumstances.
Because there are no raises and no benefits or bonuses whatsoever.
They also make arbitrary deductions from employees' pay.
