Colleagues also make plans to eat together, and everyone gets along very well.
A traditional family-run business.... There are absolutely no benefits, and the boss criticizes every colleague who resigns. The industry appears to have a lot of prospects, yet it feels like working in a sunset industry. Colleagues are all competing to see who has the lowest salary...... Pay is deducted according to the boss’s mood, with no standards, and no one knows how it is calculated!
The boss treats this place like a school, so it is quite normal for the company to replace an entire round of employees in a year! Even though the pay is clearly low, we are persuaded that it should be this way..... The employees do have quite a strong sense of solidarity, of course, not when it comes to work!
Don’t expect too much in terms of salary raises or anything like that; they are all empty promises made at the beginning....
