Pros

Free use of the gym

Cons

The company falsifies a great deal of data

Employee benefits are also terrible

The supervisors and fitness director are all crafty old foxes

Sexual harassment and disregard for people go without saying

Lies, hypocrisy, deception, and manipulative rhetoric between people are commonplace

Member purchase disputes are never handled in good faith

They care only about inflating performance figures, selling classes, and pushing renewals

But after closing a sale, there is absolutely no service

As for employee benefits, there is even less to say—they are completely nonexistent

As the previous two reviews said

You help the company make money, but you only receive a base salary

There are too many shortcomings to list

Every supervisor is outwardly respectable but inwardly ruthless; all they care about is money

Can everyone who is thinking of applying understand what I mean?

Pros

The supervisor has no ideas and lets you do as you please. If you’re too capable, they’ll team up with incompetent people to bully you. You can’t make money or learn anything valuable, and they’re also very good at stealing: stealing your performance credit and your ideas. Requests submitted for approval are just used to swindle money out of the boss.

Cons

🥱 Look at how chaotic the political scene is; that’s how dirty WuDong is.

🥱 What is gender equality? Don’t get emotionally invested—just talk big and make empty promises (P).

🥱 The promised individual bonus is just a cloud flying over your head (the supervisor pockets it and tells you the policy has changed).

🥱 Don’t worry about high salaries being underreported; exploiting employees has already become this company’s infamous hallmark.

🥱 If you’re not a seasoned player, really don’t wander in by mistake—inside, it’s full of old foxes and veteran operators.

🥱 Some people drink too much green tea and even look like green tea. They have little ability, and before speaking, they use the first two tears to claim the right to speak.

🥱 You’d better keep a little six-code legal handbook on the desk. The place is full of narrow-minded frogs in wells who bully only the softest targets.

(Their methods are so crude you’ll think you’re in kindergarten.)

🥱 People with disabilities, people who have worked for 10 years, and those who traded their health for the job—all get thrown onto the roadside once they’ve been used up, with a fart thrown in for good measure.

🥱 This company specializes in raising incompetent deadweights and doesn’t care about ability at all;

it has magnifying glasses and loudspeakers, and you also need the talent to spread rumors, because that’s what the supervisors/bosses like.

🥱 During interviews, they pretend to be wealthy gentlemen, making grand claims and painting rosy pictures.

🥱 Year-end bonus: 0. The boss tells you the company didn’t make money and that everyone should keep working hard next year... Bullshit.

🥱 The company has no clear rewards and punishments; everything depends on the supervisor’s mood. If you don’t know how to curry favor, you’ll be given a pile of unreasonable demands.

🥱 They don’t follow the Labor Standards Act. The Labor Standards Act is only used by them to lay off employees.

🥱 Endless large and small meetings; even when you’re on leave, you have to attend meetings. Those who don’t show up are summoned for questioning and led into admitting that they’re irresponsible (lol).

(About the meetings... they’re just plagiarizing your ideas, unable to offer improvements or solve problems.)

Pros

1. Experience being a corporate drone

2. Train yourself to withstand pressure

Cons

I advise everyone in Kaohsiung not to go there.

All the supervisors there are terrifying.

There is an unspoken rule in front-desk interviews that they will not hire men.

During interviews, supervisors will even criticize female applicants for being ugly.

They do not care about ability; as long as you have a flattering mouth and are not unattractive, you can get hired.

Exploiting employees is common knowledge.

Pros

Basically, there are no advantages to be found at this company.

Cons

At the beginning, during the interview and after joining, the supervisor brainwashed me and painted an overly rosy picture.

They claimed the benefits were so good, but it was all complete bullshit.

The year-end bonus was practically the same as not receiving one at all—less than half a month’s salary.

Basically, the senior managers are all useless people who only know how to flatter the boss.

They only talk without doing anything; basically, meetings contain little of substance.

Plans are constantly changed back and forth until they even forget what they changed them to?

The rules change on a whim with absolutely no logic; they only know how to push the blame onto employees below them.

They hold meetings during their own working hours, then require employees to attend meetings after work or during their days off.

If you take leave without submitting a report, you can still be fined.

I was exploited for more than two years. When I reported excessive overtime to my supervisor, they said I was being too petty.

One person is treated as ten people; they are too lazy to hire a cleaner and simply ask you to stay after work to help clean.

If you refuse to help, they start emotionally manipulating you and ostracizing you.

Exploiting employees has become this company’s infamous hallmark.

There is no need to mention that you get no pay for excessive overtime; if you do not answer the phone after work, they say you are irresponsible.

Even though they are supervisors, their salaries are only NT$2,000 more than those of ordinary employees.

Basic labor and health insurance are provided, but the insured salary is illegally underreported.

Employees are required to come in for meetings and training during their days off and after work.

If you speak the truth at the company, they will target you—especially since the senior managers are all friends or romantic partners of the people in charge.

If they dislike you, they will destroy you.

They spend all day watching surveillance cameras in the office and stirring up conflict.

Even chatting at work can get you recorded and publicly shamed.

The internal scheming goes without saying; everyone knows about it.

They lie habitually and withhold performance bonuses.

Everyone there is ruthless and deeply calculating.

I urge ignorant newcomers to the workforce: seriously, do not join this company and let yourself be exploited.

2. Managers know how to use employees to achieve unreasonable objectives.

3. Challenge your own limits under pressure.

4. Senior managers are willing to listen to others’ opinions and are fascinated by unconventional tactics.

Cons

1. The company’s accounts are unclear.

2. After deducting the perfect-attendance bonus, the base salary is below the statutory standard.

3. It operates under the banner of a sports center but follows a chain-club model.

4. Employees are forced to go to the company for meetings during their leave.

5. Messages from managers are still received after work or during time off.

Pros

1. Work is not constantly busy, so there is some fragmented time to use.

Cons

1. The workday is 8.5 hours. Although there is supposedly a 30-minute meal break, you basically have to eat during scattered pockets of time.

2. It is a shift-based schedule. If you have conflicts with your supervisor, there is a 50% chance they will not schedule you according to your preferences.

3. You may be called back to attend meetings on your days off, with no overtime pay (they say it is an employee’s responsibility).

4. There is insufficient staffing on holidays, but the supervisor will not come back to work a shift themselves, always saying they have something else to do.

5. The year-end bonus depends on whether you have a good relationship with the boss.

6. There is a lot of gossip in the company, and even things you did not do may be blamed on you.

7. Information never flows properly throughout the company, and the announcements each person hears are always inconsistent.

8. Supervisors do not need any particular ability; all they need is a flattering mouth.

Pros

1. Leave work on time.

2. One person does many things, which is very fulfilling, but no one thanks you.

Cons

1. People who are good enough at sucking up can become managers.

2. Remember to lock your computer screen with a password; otherwise, someone in the office may sneak a look at your computer.

3. They pretend to have a lot of systems in place.

4. The boss makes a lot of money because they are frugal enough.

5. Managers must have quite a lot of free time; they spend all day guessing about employees and watching surveillance footage to observe people.
