Read the community guidelinesThe owner of this company engages in verbal abuse and domestic violence (I hope that people from the Social Affairs Bureau will see this and take notice). Everyone watches the owner hit people but dares not say anything. Employees are made to work overtime, beyond the hours stipulated by the Labor Bureau, and business-driver employees are not paid overtime. The owner has a mistress and often curses the owner's wife, calling her a prostitute. The mistress also has a family. This company is an absolute mess—do not come to work here under any circumstances.

Pros... Employees’ overtime pay has an average hourly rate... It’s different every month... It depends on the boss’s mood.
Cons.... All rules are decided verbally by the boss... Nothing is put down in black and white.... A minor change every 3 days.... A major change every 5 days.... Even when something is put down in black and white... it is only for reference... Change it whenever they feel like it.... If you don’t cooperate with overtime.... There are full-company meetings at the drop of a hat... In front of all company employees... verbal bullying... insulting people’s mothers... If you’re thinking of submitting a résumé... please consider carefully!!!
Everything the boss says makes a lot of sense.
During the interview, be sure to take photos of the materials they give you, because the salary calculation differs from the way you are paid. The sales team is the least respected in the company; they may even use the company's dirty laundry as jokes during meetings. Sales bonuses are not paid on time; they are always given to employees as advances.
Half of the sales workday starts at 8 a.m. After arriving at the company, you must have the *warehouse staff help you organize and handle the goods*, so the time spent going out to make sales calls runs from around 2 p.m. until 10 p.m. or even later.
Also, a reminder: the boss's words sound very nice, so please be careful and cautious. This is the lowest salary I have ever received in my life.
I only realized after reading the comments that the owner of this company has apparently been abusing his family for years. Why has no one reported him?
An abusive boss
Damn antelope, this is a shitty company that couldn’t possibly be any shittier.
The person in charge frequently commits domestic violence in the workplace.
They arbitrarily deduct employees’ wages.
The person in charge says that they have plenty of money, and if they can’t win an argument, they still have their fists.
They talk grandly and convincingly, making everything sound wonderful—from the salary level onward, it all turns out to be bullshit.
They are talkative and friendly in public, yet conceal a dagger behind their smile.
A shitty company like this should be boycotted and allowed to collapse,
so that it cannot harm more people.

The boss is very good at painting grand pictures, you will never leave work on time, and even if you clock out, you will still be working. This place is very suitable for people with a strong slave mentality. Whether in group chats or face-to-face, the boss is especially talkative and very polite, often asking about you and your family—especially your mother 👍🏼
People with a strong slave mentality are welcome to apply for an interview.
The boss is very good at painting a rosy picture and really knows how to communicate verbally.
The salary listed on the job site is high, but you would have to push yourself to the limit to have any chance of getting it.
You must be punctual at work, but after hours you are emotionally blackmailed into helping with inventory sorting by working overtime for free. Even when you leave on time, you will be met with a sour face.
The company is understaffed across the board, the office administrative staff are extremely inefficient, and there are no SOPs at all.
The warehouse products are placed in a complete mess, but they use “being familiar with the products” as an excuse to waste time picking orders.
Meetings depend entirely on the boss’s mood. In the middle of discussing official business, the boss will bring up and gossip about former employees’ romantic and family matters.
It is a top-quality company that is extremely self-satisfied and applies double standards everywhere. Definitely worth a try for anyone with a strong enough willingness to be exploited!
You can learn the art of speaking~
My boyfriend worked there for a month
and received only a little over 20,000~
The boss is very smooth-talking.
When you start the job, you have to sign a lot of consent forms.
Only later did he discover that they were apparently based on the experience the company gained from previous labor inspections.
All kinds of deductions.
Here’s the most outrageous part:
Even if you earn a bonus that month, you might not necessarily receive it the following month, okay?
Because as long as the client hasn’t remitted the payment, it doesn’t count as sales performance, okay? Hehe.
The boss will even tell you, “Why don’t you borrow money from me?”
By then, you’ll have no choice but to work yourself to the bone ^_^
Oh, and don’t drive the company car carelessly.
You have to pay the vehicle insurance yourself.
Whether you drive it for one day, two days, or five or six days, you have to pay the full amount.
And remember: salespeople are always at the very bottom, oh oh oh.
