Pros... Employees’ overtime pay has an average hourly rate... It’s different every month... It depends on the boss’s mood.
Cons.... All rules are decided verbally by the boss... Nothing is put down in black and white.... A minor change every 3 days.... A major change every 5 days.... Even when something is put down in black and white... it is only for reference... Change it whenever they feel like it.... If you don’t cooperate with overtime.... There are full-company meetings at the drop of a hat... In front of all company employees... verbal bullying... insulting people’s mothers... If you’re thinking of submitting a résumé... please consider carefully!!!
