The boss is very good at painting a rosy picture and really knows how to communicate verbally.
The salary listed on the job site is high, but you would have to push yourself to the limit to have any chance of getting it.
You must be punctual at work, but after hours you are emotionally blackmailed into helping with inventory sorting by working overtime for free. Even when you leave on time, you will be met with a sour face.
The company is understaffed across the board, the office administrative staff are extremely inefficient, and there are no SOPs at all.
The warehouse products are placed in a complete mess, but they use “being familiar with the products” as an excuse to waste time picking orders.
Meetings depend entirely on the boss’s mood. In the middle of discussing official business, the boss will bring up and gossip about former employees’ romantic and family matters.
It is a top-quality company that is extremely self-satisfied and applies double standards everywhere. Definitely worth a try for anyone with a strong enough willingness to be exploited!
