The salary really is just like the comments online!!! The company benefits aren’t very good, and the year-end bonus is very small regardless of whether the company makes money or not. Even if you make no mistakes at all that month, your performance review may still be terrible (a senior colleague said it depends on the boss’s mood—do you really need to consult a spirit medium about this?). All I can say is: run while you can. However, if you like challenges, you can give it a try!
The only positive is probably that getting along with colleagues is okay.
The boss and his wife bombard employees with phone calls and text messages all day long, even on days off.
Company events sound great, but in reality they are stingy and provide only a small amount of food, leaving everyone to buy something else to eat afterward to fill their stomachs.
The factory has many orders, but when it is time to distribute year-end bonuses, the boss always says that business has been bad this year and that everyone needs to be understanding…
The boss’s entire family serves as managers at the company, so naturally ordinary employees have no opportunities or prospects for promotion.
Can't think of any.
I agree with the comments from the users above.
The supervisor makes people feel like they may have some mental health issues. No matter what we do, it seems as though we're always trying to harm the company. But I just want to earn my salary and go to work and come home properly. However, the supervisor loves to target employees, completely distrusts them, and makes it extremely difficult to get anything done. Whether we do something or not, and whether we do it well or poorly, we get yelled at... (Additional note: This is a family business, so the whole family is like this too...)

The company is dishonest even when it comes to salary. The interview stated that it was a monthly salary, but in practice, employees are paid a daily wage. If you have questions about the company's pay, you can only ask the boss's wife; the accountant who handles payroll will not give you a direct or clear answer. It is normal for employees to raise questions when they have concerns about their pay, but here, raising questions will get you singled out and marked down. As for annual leave, this company requires leave to be taken on a prorated basis (according to a ratio they set themselves, rather than through a joint agreement between the employer and employees on how annual leave should be used). In addition, this company is a family business with a closed management style. Decision-making authority over all company matters rests with family members, while employees have no real authority, often leaving them feeling powerless and unable to influence how the company operates. The exclusivity of the family members can easily create a sense of alienation among employees, along with a lingering difficulty in identifying with the company.
No advantages at all
Job seekers in Changhua should steer clear of this company. Besides the serious issues with the salary, even employees who have annual leave cannot use it at their own discretion. The company has a leave schedule, and you can only use your annual leave in the month designated by the company; otherwise, you have to take personal leave, which means losing your perfect attendance bonus. The Labor Day dinner is presented as voluntary, but after announcing that they hoped everyone would show solidarity, the company said that if you attended but did not complete three months of employment, the dinner fee would be deducted from your salary the following month. If you do not attend at the beginning, the boss will think you are not being a team player and will keep watching you afterward. No matter what you do, it is never acceptable or correct—in the end, the company must never be the one to lose out.

The salary structure is calculated on a daily wage basis, and the February salary did not reach the statutory minimum wage. Every month, your salary fluctuates according to the number of days worked, like a surprise package that keeps bringing surprises at every turn. Anyone considering joining should make sure to ask about the details to protect their own rights!
I have kept evidence of each month's pay slips. This is absolutely not intended to defame your company.
The colleagues are nice, but the company as a whole is just terrible.
The company does not comply with the Labor Standards Act. During the interview, they said the pay was monthly, but in reality it is daily. For example, there are several days of annual leave during the Lunar New Year, yet the salary is not even NT$20,000—let alone the minimum wage of NT$23,100. The senior management has a narrow-minded and classless attitude and likes to target employees who resign. As soon as you submit your resignation, you become the enemy. It does not matter how well you performed or whether you properly handed over your work; they still withhold the performance bonus from your final paycheck, and then berate you whenever they get the chance. This is truly the worst company I have ever encountered.
