The salary really is just like the comments online!!! The company benefits aren’t very good, and the year-end bonus is very small regardless of whether the company makes money or not. Even if you make no mistakes at all that month, your performance review may still be terrible (a senior colleague said it depends on the boss’s mood—do you really need to consult a spirit medium about this?).
