The only positive is probably that getting along with colleagues is okay.
The boss and his wife bombard employees with phone calls and text messages all day long, even on days off.
Company events sound great, but in reality they are stingy and provide only a small amount of food, leaving everyone to buy something else to eat afterward to fill their stomachs.
The factory has many orders, but when it is time to distribute year-end bonuses, the boss always says that business has been bad this year and that everyone needs to be understanding…
The boss’s entire family serves as managers at the company, so naturally ordinary employees have no opportunities or prospects for promotion.
